“Outstanding Customer Service by Miss Leonore at Circle K!”
I want to express my appreciation for Miss Leonore at Circle K, who consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Despite our infrequent visits, Miss Leonore never fails to greet my girlfriend and me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her personal touch and attentiveness make each visit memorable.
During our last visit, Miss Leonore not only remembered us but also took the time to introduce us to the Circle K rewards program. She patiently explained how it works and showed us how we could save money on our purchases. Her knowledge and willingness to assist us exemplify her dedication to ensuring customers like us have a positive experience.
Miss Leonore is a true gem and a valuable asset to Circle K. Her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make every interaction a pleasure. Thank you, Miss Leonore, for your outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction! I do apologies if I spelt her name wrong!

Ms. Lenora is incredible. She plays the Front Desk like a fine fiddle. She juggle customers and give everyone exactly what they needed. I can’t believe the energy this woman has and how friendly she can be with a fully packed gas station.
I love the new checkout machines, but for the love of God keep Miss Lenora where she is. That woman is a saint.

This is the cleanest circle k in town . They do not let a bunch of people louder around their property and it is safe and will let all night long. They've always been very very kind to me. Remembering what type of cigarettes I usually get.

Cashier woman with the braids and gold tooth was incredibly rude and has horrible social skills, for when I asked to simply use the bathroom she replied, “I’m not the manager of the bathroom go in there and check yourself”

Sunday October at 130ish your employee was extremely rude I asked him a simple question about a deal and he gave me an extremely rude attitude I found the deal in question and asked he if had more somewhere but instead of saying yes or no he gave an extremely sassy response when I told him to not do that he started insulting me look I don't care if you guys can't find someone to work for you but I go there very often and this Is the first time I been treated like this maybe train this special person better

Virgina is amazing! I go to this gas station because of her and her only.. I have a stopped in during the day and got horrible customer service. She goes above and beyond to make her customers feel at ease!! You are so blessed to have an amazing lady like that working for you in this day and age!

What happened to the premium gas deal on Thursday’s?? The tag was on the pump, showing the promotion. I pumped my premium gas and was charged full price! I tried calling their phone number, it rings and NO ONE ANSWERS. I looked on the website and google maps and it’s the same number. No one answers!!!

Should have more then one person working. That way could get a break.Then the person working wouldn't be rude and rushing a customer so that he can got outside to finish a smoke

Today I had the worst experience in this gas station, I was badly treated by the lady who works the morning shift. You should treat customers better and with better manners.

Selling rotten sandwichesI ate a rotten sandwich from this store. I pumped gas and bought some snacks for the ride home the morning 12/31/2022. In the car I bit in the sandwich and recognized it is rotten, there was already mold on the ham. So disgusting.The sandwich was good thru 01/02/2023, so was already rotten 3 days before this day. There is definitely something not right in this shop, guys you are selling food, you can poison people!Unfortunately, no one picked up the phone when I called directly after eating the rotten sandwich and the day after. Also tried so contact the customer service two times but no response.As we are traveling a lot, Cirkle K is usually my place to go for gas and snacks, but this definitely changed, will never consider any food from them anymore, still want to throw up when thinking that I ate this moldy rotten sandwich.One bite of a rotten sandwich for $6.99.Hopefully someone will answer and apologize on this review.
