This branch sucks. Bankers are never available for both personal & business accounts. NO branch manager on site & a four eyed prick that is zero help.

I am a private client and walked in to this downtown branch and was told by 3 different people why they couldn't help me. In the time all this was done I am sure my issue could have been handled. They were so rude. Full of excuses. Not even 1 star

Going to this branch is beginning to feel like a third world experience. They have the ONLY Chase ATM downtown and it's out of order 50% of the time. When you then have to go inside and speak to the teller like it's 1970, you find one person on staff and huge line. I'm thinking about switching banks.

Omg these tellers are so slow, Friday afternoon at 3:30 and they have 2 windows open! And they let people bring pets in here. There is a bird making a bunch of noise in one of the offices and a customer waiting in line has a small dog that smells like it just came out of a sewer, disgusting!
