What a great experience every single time I'm in the branch. All of the associates are so professional and friendly. Lisa, Kathie and Kat always treat me with the utmost respect and always have a smile on their faces. Not an easy task when dealing with the impatient public day in and day out, but they do a phenomenal job overall. Thank you Chase at Palmer Ranch!!!!

Seann Wooten at this branch is absolutely excellent. An experienced and expert banker, he also really cares and takes the time to truly cater to and personalize banking for the client. He went above and beyond for myself, as well as my parents, knowing there would be no extra benefit to him. He puts a good name to bankers everywhere and deserves tremendous credit.

We needed to open a new bank account but had to wait until next week for an available appointment. The manager, Christopher Heilman, immediately offered his help and made us feel so welcome and appreciated. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Thank you!

After making a request, employees sat us down, took care of everyone else and left when they were finished. Made us sit there for 15+ minutes while there was no activity at the store.

This isn't a bank, but I'm not sure what it actually is.....As we had moved into the area, we opened an account. We finally gave up on transferring money from another bank and just wrote and deposited a check. Then they said they needed up to 11 days to clear the money. After a week we asked if they could release the funds to allow us to open a CD. They couldn't do anything but give us a number to call. It was answered in some offshore call center. After 15 minutes on hold they just hung up. I called a second time, finally got a person and as I was explaining the situation, again they hung up. I called a third time. 15 minutes, another person, another hang up. As I'm sure you can guess the fourth call, again a hang up. I approached the "branch manager", he wanted ID and how we knew the funds had cleared. We showed him the information online for our other bank. He couldn't do anything and suggested we come back another day. My wife checked our online status at Chase. Finally the money showed as in our account. But guess what, they claimed that there was no "banker" on site and we would have to make an appointment to come and open the CD. We tried online, but they can only open the CD in one person's name, not a joint ownership. Well the end of the story is we moved the money out of the account. I called corporate and the story is just as unprofessional. So, five visits, four calls to the "hold" department offshore, two meetings with the "manager" and we just finally gave up and took our monies elsewhere.Why even exist if there isn't anyone there to handle even the most basic transactions?I'm sure the location will make a great Taco Bell once Chase chases away all the potential business.What a waste of people, rent, staff and customer's time.So Sad.

When you call the local branch you get transferred to an overseas call center. They then transfer you to another department that gives a prerecorded message saying the hold will be nearly 1 hour.

Have gone into this branch multiple times. Opened checking accounts, needed notary and again to add beneficiaries to my checking account. No problem each time and what I needed was done without an issue.
