what bank only has an atm with 2 lazy people getting paid to sit and watch. this place absolutely SUCKS!!!!!!!!! ill gladly take my money else where . waste of my time

I have the most pleasure and professional experience with a very nice employee, I know her name Clare, she helped me, she was very nice, she took her time and was very patient with me, I was under stress. She called customer service, waited with me, and tried to calmed me down. I love Chase, the location, and their employees. Clare needs recognition and I will definitely make sure of that and write to her superiors.

The projects of chase banks the atm’s are always broke with no cash tellers. If you have the misfortune to need to pull more then 1k out in a hurry for business don’t even stop at this facility.

Worthless. This chase and every other chase in Sarasota never has any cash at their ATMs. Every single time. If it is outside of normal business hours and you can't see a teller, what is the point when cash is always unavailable

I dont even know how this is considered a branch. They don't cash checks or do anything with money. Even the ATM is broken, so now I have to drive out of my way to make a deposit.

I only gave 2 stars because although everyone on the customer service side has been very polite I had the un-pleasure of speaking with Tina in the 240 N Washington branch (Sarasota FL) and not only was she very indifferent to my needs she was caviler and acted as if my business did not matter. Also every time I deposit my settlement money orders they place a 5 day hold on them. For these 2 reasons I will be closing my account with chase and taking my little money elsewhere.

The people are fine but this cashless branch thing is ridiculous. Almost any service offered at a cashless branch can be accomplished on the phone or online. These branches serve next to no purpose. And as if banking at a physical branch isn't already a big hassle, now if u need actual cash, u gave to seek out a branch that has actual cash. This is the most ridiculous thing ever. Why have a bank branch if not to handle money transactions? Whoever came up w the cashless branch concept should be fired. The concept bites.

There's one ATM inside the door. That's it. It's a shame because it used to be a full-service bank. If anyone who reads this does use it, if and when it even without tellers and only smart ATMs, please let Chase know you appreciate it because the alternative is to close it all together and to do so would mean there is no Chase Bank anywhere close by. This bank was the only one immediately accessible in Sarasota Crossings Plaza. For anyone who lives in the neighborhood and doesn't drive, closure would be a real hardship. I write that disinterestedly from personal experience.
