I have been banking here for about 8 years. They have been bought out twice after the original bank. Service has really gone down hill. The tellers are nice, the bank manager is the one that has no customer service skills. I really would not recommend banking here because of her alone.

Good Bank! However, beware of the $36 NSF fee that you will receive if you overdraw your account when using your debit card. You can opt out of the overdraft protection to avoid these fees.

We was treated awful, the situation handled unprofessional. Instead of listening the teller kept repeating No, No, No. Never willing to listen. And help. The check gave instructions on how to resolve issues. Once again refused to help and took a while for teller to ask manager for help. Manager did the same as the teller. Nothing, but refuse to follow instructions that was listed on the Check. I hope other branches are different. I really hope minorities or every one don't recently the same treatment. What a horrible experience this afternoon. We was talked at never being heard, Business check never cashed. We will move on to a bank with professional and ? service skills.

Never, in the years that I have been banking have I ever been treated so rudely, talked down to and had such bad business be done. This branch should be ashamed.Avoid going here, unless you're using the ATM. It's the only nice person working there, and it's a mahcine.Edit: Gotta love the automated response to make this branch looo better than they are. Try calling in to ask gor assistance and the teller will rudely tell you over the phone "Well I'm the only teller right now and if someone comes in or drives through, then I have to help them, so I'll just have to call you back." and slam down the phone.
