These guys were great, the German dealership said it would take six months to repair, and I just having moved to Florida thought there was no other option until I found carsmetics. I was a little concerned not having the dealership do it but I couldn't wait. These guys were great and fixed it perfectly, quickly and were priced great. Highly recommend.

My experience with Carsmetics in Sarasota was nothing less than magnificent. The general manager, Mike, went above and beyond to help make our car look good as new. The diligence he showed in coordinating our repair with others while maintaining the rest of the operations of the store was impressive to say the least. He was fair, professional, diligent and courteous to all the customers and employees that came in for his assistance. It still shocks me that he is the only employee who manages the store each day they are open. His dedication to the company, the employees and most importantly the customers is impressive and refreshing. I truly hope the company recognizes the absolute gem they have running the Sarasota location and does whatever it takes to keep Mike there. He truly embodies customer service and what it means to be a fantastic manager. I will 100% return to Carsmetics as long as Mike is there to fix any further issues I may face. He is one of a kind.

Mike is very professional. My wheel well was clipped and a rear side panel was knocked loose from my new Toyota. Mike took a look and instead of an estimate he reattached it in five minutes.

This is the second time I’ve brought my car to Mike at Carsmetics. He and his employees are very professional and knowledgeable. Both times they fixed my car back to new. Even when I had an issue with State Farm being slow and finally impossible to work with, Mike took care of my problem.
I wouldn’t take my beloved Subaru anywhere else.

Worst car experience I have ever had. Had a small bump from Publix parking lot. Kept the car for 3 days and when I went to pick up the car was filthy and really couldn’t see the paint repair. When I cleaned it off the paint was only half finished and looked more like a primer coat. Took it back and they redid it and when I went to pick it up the car had small pock marks in the finish. Took it a 3rd time and when I got it they painted the panel a different color blue with overspray on other panels. Do not use this company.

Worst experience of my life. They may be the “quickest” time to get your car in but man 3 months later they will still have your vehicle, it won’t be corrected properly and their negligence could kill your 16 year old kid!! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Mike is also very rude, lies, and is unprofessional. Just wait for the other more reputable places in town to have availability. You will probably get your car back quicker and have a much better experience.

In the same way it would be fraudulent to call myself a doctor, it should be fraudulent for these cowboy hacks to call themselves a paint shop.
I had a very small job for them. Front and rear aero parts. The first try had major runs, dust nibs, fingerprints, unpainted sections, and more orange peel than an actual orange. The 2nd try was better, but still covered in fingerprints and dust nibs. (I just want to point out that a second try for issues like this should be inexcusable for a "paint shop") I needed the parts back for an event and it was obvious they were incapable, so I gave up and didnt make them do it a 3rd time.
Today the paint started peeling! These people are no-care, talentless hacks. If I had them paint an entire car instead and this is what I got, I'd probably be suing them.

I am so happy that I took my car to Carsmetics! Mike kept me informed of what was happening and was always responsive. The job they did was perfect. It looked like it was a new car!
