Car Care Connection’s is a reliable, friendly, honest and operate with integrity. It’s also a family owned business, I recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great knowledgeable mechanics. They always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available, from repair to replacement. As a woman, it can be difficult to find mechanics you can trust with your vehicle, with no hidden cost. I'm very happy to have been referred to Car Care Connections. & Highly recommend to others.

I've been using Car Care Connections for years now and they have serviced all my vehicles. I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler and it started giving me problems. I brought it in and after throughly inspecting the jeep they found the issue. They fixed it and said if it acts up again, bring it in and they will fix it at no charge. A few months later, the same issue arose. I brought the jeep back and after a few days they were able to fix it. *** didn't charge me a thing even though they spend hours on it. They kept their word and did a good job. Finding an honest mechanic isn't easy but these guys go above and beyond. Highly recommend them.

Since moving here in 2019, I have used Car Care Connection for both of my cars. I have always been taken care of & have felt that I could trust these guys to take care of me like I used to in the old days. I won’t use my dealership unless it’s for warranty stuff. I trust Tom & his crew completely & have recommended to friends and family. Thanks for being reliable & trustworthy!!

I was new in town in 2019 and had no idea who I could trust. A few of my neighbors recommended ******************* on Gateway Dr in *********. I have a ******** still under warranty. I went local instead of the dealership and have not once regretted it. I feel taken care of and I trust *** and his crew to do whats right for me. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Amazing!! I had a nail in my tire, and it was almost completely flat. Limped into this shop, and they had me fixed in less than 10 minutes. Thank you, guys!!

These guys at this shop are excellent. We had a flat tire near their shop, we took the tire to them and Christian helped us get right in. They fixed the tire and we were on our way in less than 5 minutes, that is excellent service. Thank you to you and your guys for your hard work.

Dont trust these people. They'll over charge while using the cheapest parts available then lie about completely repairing the issues.

When my car broke down I was towed here on the recommendation of the roadside emergency responder. It took a few more days but they did a complete job even though one thing led to another and I ended up having a new battery and a new alternator. If I have to in the future I will go there again.

Great service, I'm not from around the area but was looking at a vehicle close to them and had them do a pre purchase inspection. They were able to see me the same day and had me on my way really quickly. I'd definitely have work done here if I lived in Sarasota!

Dropped car off for a oil change an 15 min after I dropped it off they had "already found $2600 dollars in repairs"Tried to charge $650+ for changing rear wheel bearings while a local mechanic at home gave me a estimate for $300Be careful they are just after your money.!Service: Oil change
