I'm in Tampa, so a bit of a drive, but I heard good things about their fix and flip loan program. We got a proof of funds very quickly to bid on our project and won the contract the next day. It took us 6 days to close and no appraisals to deal with. Eugene was a pleasure to work with, I have nothing but good things to say about him. No issues with title work or at the closing table. Thanks for making a normally stressful project easier!

Just got funding for a fix and flip in Alabama! 4 day close. No surprises at closing. We're already working on renovating the property in Birmingham. Got 90% financing as promised. We're remodeling the kitchen as I write this. We can't wait to flip this and do it again!
