Cabex did an outstanding job on our master bath so of course we trusted them with our Dream Kitchen. Rich did a superior job helping us decide what we wanted our kitchen to look like, and turning our vision into a design. Our returning Project Manager Kyle, orchestrated all of our top notch craftsmen skillfully and together they produced a gorgeous, elegant kitchen in a surprisingly short amount of time. Jo was involved every step of the way guiding and leading everyone involved. We have nothing but praise for the entire Cabex team, employees and subcontractors. They were very responsive and a pleasure to work with and did a First Class job!! Thank you to all involved, Carol and Mike, extremely happy customers?

Stopped into this amazing showroom today! Was greeted warmly and met with Senior Designer Daniel. We discussed my needs for a kitchen remodel and he provided professional advice and guidance that was very helpful. Nothing pushy or overly aggressive sales pitch which I appreciated. With so much competition out there, this is a class act company that is certainly worth the time to visit. Kitchens are a huge investment and it was good to know that he sees the customer side and understands how important it is making the best decision possible and worth every single penny spent. A very positive experience!

This was not a positive experience. I regret hiring this company. Here is why:The kitchen designer from Britton's recommended a waterfall end to our kitchen island. He did not communicate a mitered edge to the countertop fabricator. We had to work this out with the fabricator. Britton's had to amend the price, which indicates they did not write up the quote properly.The kitchen designer did not design our kitchen island properly, which cost us more money, and created issues with electrical code.Britton's was going to bury the existing electrical receptacles in the waterfall ends. I had to call them the night before, remind them that this was a code violation, and get them to move the receptacles. ( Britton claims he is an electrician by trade)The dishwasher was not reinstalled correctly, and leaked twice. Britton told us that the gasket was not seated properly ( leak #1) and the dishwasher was not level ( leak #2)Trim on the island was never corrected. Despite promises to return and fix this, once paid, Britton ignored us. I paid someone to repair this.The electrical outlets they moved were clearly not to code. I had to pay someone to return and fix this. Again, Britton promised to return, then simply ignored us after being paid.Britton e-mailed us a nasty letter, complaining that we were jerks, and terrible customers.The countertop fabricators they hired were awful.Britton fabricated stories about why our dishwasher leaked to our insurance company. Claimed that my wife loaded the dishwasher incorrectly, and caused the leak. (??)Services: Kitchen design

As the employed qualifying contractor and senior project manager of CE for the past seven years, I was able to build the construction field of the business to near perfection. I've always striven for our projects to be of the upmost quality with amazing customer service. It takes years to perfect and reach what my standards have been in the industry for over 25 years. I have created the best team of employees and subs, the cream of the crop, the creme de la creme, to perform the most astonishing remodel jobs in Sarasota. In April of 2020, I was able to purchase the company outright. I am now in full control to make every end of this company, including our design team, as flawless as I can.I'd like to personally thank every client from the past and every client in the future that we get the privilege of working for, for allowing us to show off how great we truly are!! In my heart, I believe we all work extremely hard for our money over our lives and deserve the best quality when we purchase things, and that's what we are all about!!

What a gorgeous bathroom! We were looking for a contemporary, coastal bathroom with a touch of Sothern charm. Our vision was a place of peacefulness and serenity. We were wanting to avoid the box stores and just replacing the cabinets, tub, fixtures and tile. This is where Cabinets Extraordinaire came to our rescue. Designer, Jeremy Strong, was outstanding. His talent in design and years of experience moved us forward in this bathroom remodel. He listened carefully to our vision, offered suggestions and at times nudged us out of our comfort zone, ending in a design we love. We were never pressed or rushed to make a decision. The staff and subcontractors at Cabinets Extraordinaire told us several times their goal was to make us happy. We specifically wanted a wood ceiling painted in a “haint” blue, as seen on Southern verandas. “Haint” blue ceilings were first seen in the U.S. in the early 18th century in the Lowregion Gullah communities of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Haints, a.k.a. ghosts or evil spirits would be repelled by these shades of blue-green and would keep them from entering the home. Our reasoning was to bring warmth and charm of coastal living into the entire room. The haint blue ceiling color was incorporated on our Cabico cabinetry, which drew you into the bathroom of white. We were so glad to remove the large, motel mirror for two modern, lighted mirrors. We complimented the ceiling with a beautiful, modern Haiku fan.Our shower floor was originally built on an unsafe grade. Jeremy designed a gently, wider, sloping floor with a beautiful, matching tile, linear drain. He envisioned stacking the tiles on the shower walls and floors, adding a more modern sleek look. The chrome push button shower controls are wonderful. We love it all!We cannot say enough about Cabinets Extraordinaire. The quality of design, craftsmanship, quality of materials used and quality of subcontractors. Project Manager, Kyle Menna, was a wonderful coordinator. He listened to every concern and addressed it immediately, kept us on schedule and was organized, and kept this project moving forward. Kyle was personable and easy to work with, as were all the Cabinet Extraordinaire team from office to field. Thank you Cabinets Extraordinaire, Jeremy and Kyle, for exceeding our expectation of a beautiful, coastal bathroom. Job well done!Denny & Shea BockrathBradenton
