We spent around 20 minutes in the line and we were the only people there just cause the cashier was having a conversation with a customer. Worst experience at a Burlington store??. At the end we left.

Sadly, my experience at this place has been horrible. My last two times there the employees have left one of my items at the counter as I got home to unpack my bags and realize I had an item missing. The first time I ran back to get my item. This second time they said they can’t find the item and when asked to talk to a manager the lady said they are busy. I said can I give you my name and number for her or him to call me. The lady responded with if they have time because once again they are busy. I responded with well I think my time is important and I would like a call back. Never heard from them. Tried calling today and no answer. Pretty horrible employees and management to let this happen.

Very organized store, stocked with many varieties and the best prices, with good service from the floor associates and very attentive and friendly cashiers who feel satisfied with the best service to return again!!!
