Horrible company, we have come multiple times to this shop, we call and they tell us the doors are ready for pick up, but when we arrive they aren't ready. Many imperfections on the doors, please stay away from this company!

Just confirming what everyone else is saying...they are completely confused as to how business works. They will gladly take your order, but that's when things go bad. No call backs, promises, delays - they should just sell the business

Ordered doors in June 2021, owner did not place the order in for 7months. It is now October 2022, no doors despite talking and prodding them for months. The owner pulls my paperwork from underneath a stack and then does nothing. The secretary does not lift a finger to help. Asked for refund, hoping I will not have to go to Court to get my money back. Safe yourself the aggravation.

This company is so crooked! Ordered a door in August, they took 100% payment in November, now it's January and still no door. I have called countless time to be told we'll check on it and call you back. Never a call back. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS ANY BUSINESS! YOU WILL DEFINATELY REGRET IT.

We started out with a very good relationship regarding my double front doors. Owner Dave is very nice. They have been paid in full 3 months ago. The measurements were not quite right so we had to bring the doors back. It’s been 8 weeks and still no doors. In a few days we will have Christmas and my family and friends have to come through the garage.They say they will call back and they don’t.

This business is a joke. They don't call back after 13 weeks from taking my deposit. The way they do business is take your money and never call back. 13 weeks in they told me they could not get me what I ordered stained. I doubt I will ever get my money back. Turning over to Attorney's. If you give this company money, it is at high risk!

Horrible company. They are good at selling you up until they get your down payment. Then you can't get in touch with them and they never follow through. They blamed everything on their door supplier and then told me it wasn't their problem. Horrible customer service and they never deliver.
