Fast,friendly service. Took my granddaughter to get a birthday gift for her daddy. Ended up getting my 4th build a bear with her voice recorded saying I love you Nana. I listen to it every night before going to sleep...love this store. Great prices and fun for all ages...

Tracey and Mia were amazing to our family. My daughter had her 10 Year bday. They were very kind and thorough Best experience we’ve ever had at Build-A-Bear. Thank you very much for being so nice. Merry Christmas

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. First time getting anything from build a bear.. and I even got my mom something.The one in the snowflake bag is my mom's name is Rose . The one in the Christmas bag with candy canes on it is mine and her name is Lavender. Both scented.

Build-a-Bear Workshop is one of our favorite stores to go to! This kiosk at UTC is perfect! They have plenty of options to choose from.Tracy has been super helpful & patient with my littles every time we visit.

It is what it is. It's a popup shop, they don't expect you to want to do the whole "build a bear" experience. Different than when I was a kid, but what do you expect when they don't even get their own store. The bear is super cute, it's heart is in its butt for some reason, but we had a good option of clothes and the staff was friendly.
