BUYER BEWARE!!!! Defective tires!!!
I am from out of town and I Purchased a tire from here and a day later I’m getting an alert that my tire pressure was low. I had to go to a tires Plus location because BT tires was closed for the day. Tires Plus informed me that the tire I was sold had a terrible plug job and was leaking. I contacted BT hoping to be compensated at least for the repairs I paid for on their defective good but I was met with unreasonable requests. The guy on the phone told me that in order to receive a refund I would need to ship the tire back. The price to ship something that size would be almost the cost of the tire and plus I had already paid for the repair. I will be disputing with my bank.
