Amazing hotel. So much space, outdoor pool, gym, and the breakfast and happy hour were so perfect for providing food for us. The service was only a bit slow.Rooms: Big big rooms.

The room and the location were fine. The Customer service was terrible. My wife and I were gifted, through work, a gift certificate to stay at this hotel. We booked according to the instructions and spoke with the front deck when we arrived. They assured us we only needed to show the certificate at check out.Upon check out, they refused to accept the certificate. The front desk supervisor was rude and offered no help. He also lied about the process required for booking.I have so far received no help from this hotel nor Hilton corporate. It was a sad and embarrassing end to our anniversary trip. The front desk supervisor, Damir, has no business working in hospitality.

They overcharged me during government stay and it’s taking several weeks to get fixed and they should have fixed it immediately. It took over a week for their “accounting” department to correct and I’m still waiting on card to be reflected with the adjustment.
During our stay, my air conditioner didn’t get fixed for two days, they charged $400 for a projector that was already in the room and down (if anything the projector should have been part of the room costs), they didn’t keep our refreshments we paid for refilled, and the staff seemed uncaring, distracted, and disorganized, like they were planning some sort big event, so people staying were treated as not as important.
Worst embassy suites I have ever stayed at.

Hotel located in a comfortable walk to the free trolley to the beach. The beach is white sand. Publix 20 min walk if you want something to buy. Breakfast at the hotel has very good choices of omelette and waffles. A lot to put on top of waffles. A few choices of cereal ?, fruits. Also, scrambled eggs, sausages, hush potato. At 4:30th PM the hotel has a reception with humus, veggies, ranch, grapes, beer, red and white vine . Also our room had 25$ allowance for food and beverage beside a complimentary food at reception. In room coffee maker and tee. The pool on the 8th floor is heated. Food can be ordered to eat at the pool. Our rwas on the 16th floor. Spacious. Practically, two spare rooms. The TV were in both .

Pros: This hotel is conveniently located in Downtown Sarasota. The waterfront is a short walk away and there is an airport shuttle service that takes you directly to the hotel on its route for a small fee. St. Armand’s Circle is a quick drive over the bridge. Also, the complimentary breakfast in the morning was also great.Cons: upon arriving at the hotel we were a little early checking in at 2:30. The front desk staff said they would call when our room was ready and they suggested lunch in their restaurant, which we did because it was convenient. They never called to tell us the room was ready so after stopping down 2 hours later to check in they told us it was ready. They also informed us we would be charged a daily $25 amenities fee that we could use for the hotel restaurants. It would have been nice if they let us know this BEFORE we took their suggestion to eat there. The room I was in was run down. The door handle fell off the bathroom, the shower curtain barely covered the tub and there was water all over the floor. It was a dark room with very little natural light. We had to request housekeeping service 2 days in a row to get new towels. For $350 a night I expect higher quality.

The room was clean , hotel itself pretty good .But the only thing that it’s annoying that they will charge u for everything ! Be readyPay for room 600$Plus 100 $ ( refundable)And when we check out 126$ ( non refundable) for parking and destination charges . I feel like they rip me off . I just left the hotel and very disappointed!

Stayed here for a medical conference and it was beyond expectation.-The room is a real suite as correctly described online, a bed room with a seperate living room, with microwave (no stove).Got a corner room the view is great! (see pic)-Service was wonderful. Left a couple shirts for laundry and ask if they can return quickly. They asked when you needed it? I said next day ok but quicker is better, then I found the clean shirt was hung in my room in about 4 hours-this hotel has a $25 destination charge but can use it for Foods and Beverage. I found it is perfect to use it for a Burger as too busy I missed my lunch at the conference. this is perfect. On checking out, be sure to check the bill, as I was charged the $25 destination fee twice. Asked the front desk to remove it and everything was good.-Location very good, a couple block from Westin and Ritz.-The pool was not big but has a nice view. Gym was small, did not have time to use.

"Great Stay and Celebration Hub!"Our wedding guests had a great experience at the hotel block provided by Embassy Suites. The accommodations were comfortable, the staff was accommodating, and the overall service was great. The convenience of having everyone together added to the joy of our celebration. As for the wedding afterparty hosted at the hotel, it was a blast! It was so convenient to come back, dress down, and continue the party at the 8th floor restaurant. From start to finish, our wedding weekend at Embassy Suites was a memorable and seamless experience. Highly recommend for a convenient and celebratory stay! Thank you to Emily in sales for organizing our event and making our experience a great one.

This hotel is the perfect blend of modernity and comfort . It’s located just a short distance from the beach . One of the highlights was the well appointed room. Not only was it clean and spacious , it also came equipped with a microwave , which was a convenient addition. One of the standout features was the happy hour . As a guest I was treated to two complimentary drinks . This was a great way to unwind after work. I tried the conch fritters and they were delicious. They also have a breakfast buffet which has an omelet station. Thank you Embassy Suites for making my stay enjoyable!!

Stayed here for a wedding. Great location, morning front desk team was very hospitable, all staff at breakfast and bar staff were great. Other than breakfast the food was mediocre. The shrimp on my Caesar salad was undercooked. The room floors were beyond dirty. I used a small towel to wipe down the floors myself. Photos included.I really wish I could give them a better review but it was quite disappointing for the price. Please do better Hilton.
