Terrible service, very bad cell coverage. Not to mention that their platform is currently blocked and does not allow payments and you go to the office and they tell you this will be free because there are problems and at the moment you find that they took away your service for not paying according to them, at least one SMS after the lousy service ok

Great Customer Service! I have been with Boost for 12yrs. I never had problems with my service. They also have the App as well. It's great when a person knows their Job.

Keyesha provided excellent customer in helping me replace my phone. She was very friendly and informative, along with taking the time to explain all my options and the price ranges for the phone , activation and case. I definitely had an overall fantastic experience at this Boost Mobile location and I would recommend it for going for help with your phone, paying your bill or getting a new phone.

Hello I had a very pleasant visit at the store the girl was very helpful and helping me out with this Bluetooth I just purchased now I'm home trying to figure it out from cuz I'm from I'll let you know how it goes I had to go back and let her explain to me what I'm doing wrong she's a very good employee
