Bob was excellent and patient with walking me through every step of the process. Bob and his Team were amazing to work with!. Being self employed I literally had a lender laugh at me when I told them I wanted to buy a 2nd home. Bob got creative. After ruling out the conventional method he was able to get me financed for the purchase of our dream FL home. Through all the bumps and hurtles he talked me off a ledge multiple times. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. I couldn't have done it with out him! Highly recommend!

Bob did a great job getting me comfortable with the entire process. His follow through was excellent and I never felt uninformed or out of the loop. Once I provided the requested info he got us pre-approved right away and then once we found a place to buy he kicked things into high gear to get the actual loan approved. Bob also made sure I jumped on a rate lock when the rate the lender had quoted dropped a bit. This will save us a huge amount of money over thirty years.He had a loan processor, Debra, that helped him get everything to the lender that they requested and despite the fact that the lender was super-busy on our closing day, they got the loan money and all the docs to the title company when they said they would. I know both Bob and Debra worked hard behind the scenes to make all that happen. Buying a second home is of course stressful and you need a mortgage broker you can trust to find a reliable lender at market terms. Bob is that guy.

Thanks,to Bob,I was able to obtain a reverse Mort. on my Condo which I`ve owned for thirty five plus years. I`m the first owner in Wood side Terrace to secure a reverse Mort. I was referred to Bob Windom for a Reverse Mortgage needed for an elderly relative. I found the entire process to be very detail oriented. Thanks to Bob Windom I was able successfully complete the application and obtain re-financing. Bob is knowledgeable and patient. He was always pleasant to work with.
