This is one HUGE Big Lots store. They have a lot of furniture a carpet. My husband found a nice carpet that he liked at a great price. The checkout people were nice and super fast. Good experience.

Theres great deals here but horrible customer service. Like most places great when they are selling but horrible when theres an issue. Ordered a couch Saturday morning waited all day for it wife calls store says it never left, it'll come tomorrow, never came. Go back on Monday for refund which they gave with no issues with but store manager and staff blamed delivery guys over and over and one employee told me furniture sales guy ( whos fault it actually was) has little babies. No one accepted responsibility, very childish and unprofessional. Still give 3 stars for the quick refund with no issues.
