I’m not gonna beg a business to take my money…I walked in this afternoon at 12:30 to buy a Canon DSLR camera - cash in hand. Knew exactly what I wanted.Nobody greeted me, several employees walked by, and even after I walked back up front to get help opening the cabinet, nobody came for at least 5 minutes.I left. Taking my money somewhere else.Management needs to clean the camera section up too. You’re trying to sell $1,000 cameras with no salesperson present and it looks an absolute mess.

I purchased a CyberPowerPC Model C series from Best Buy. I got a great deal. I'm very happy with my purchase. The PC is fast and looks aswesome with the LEDS. I love the glass side so you can see inside the tower. Best buy staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.

Went to geek squad yesterday, January 30, for an ongoing problem with my galaxy s22 phone. I was served by John - twice. He was professional patient and helpful. He resolved my issue. I can't thank him enough.

I went in right before closing, and I noticed the shelves weren't exactly stocked. There were still items to choose from. However, many shelves had a skinny selection. And you have to put your name in the que to get assistance. It's definitely not the Best Buy I remember with overflowing merchandise and abundant sales clerks, but I did find an innovative solution to my problem there and got a good price on a Fire Cube so it still should be considered a go to for electronic needs.

While visiting family for the holidays my Samsung computer screen went black and I took it to the Geek Squad. I did not have an appointment and I was placed on the que. The associate who helped me quickly diagnosed is as the mother board and another diagnosis completed by the back geeks confirmed the mother board. They were able to transfer all of my data onto a new computer that I purchased at the store. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and I was treated with the upmost care. Highly recommend this Best Buy.

Couldn't get anyone to help - took about 30 minutes to get anyone, lots of out of stock,, store very dirty and disorganized. Easier to shop elsewhere or online, this was just a waste of time.

This review is specifically for the Geek Squad. Upon making an appointment with the Geek Squad they give you whatever available date is next and a 12 hour window from 7AM to 7PM with a promise of providing a more specific time frame prior to their arrival. As such, for my appointment on 12/16 I was ultimately provided an 8:30AM-12:30PM time slot. The day before, I received a call from the Geek Squad member, Declan, who was scheduled to come to my home telling me he’d likely arrive no later than 10:30AM. At 12:30PM on the day of, no one had come. At 12:45PM I called the number I’d been called from the day before and Declan told me it would likely be close to another hour before his arrival. Now we’re talking about almost 2:00PM. That wasn’t going to work for me. I called their main number and was told that so long as the technician cleared the appointment from the schedule they could reschedule me and would call me back in 30 minutes. That never happened. I checked online and the technician had cleared my appointment. When I contacted their main number again I was told they would escalate my issue and I’d hear back within 24 hours. That never happened. Finally on Monday, I walked into Best Buy to the desk I made the original appointment and explained all of this. They could not accommodate me within a reasonable time frame. I was supposed to have 3 TV’s mounted at almost $800, but despite them being the ones who screwed up, despite no one calling me AT ALL (I made all communication in regards) to let me know they wouldn’t make it within the predicted time frame, wouldn’t make it within the time frame told to me by the technician, and again, no one calling me back AT ALL from their main desk, nor their Escalation Team, they couldn’t find a way to make up for it. This was definitely a horrific way to do business and not what you’d expect from a company such as this. If I could give them a -10 stars I would. Ultimately I requested a refund and it’s pending as I type. Very disheartening! Never again!
