So incredibly disappointed with the experience and service I received from the store. This is my first and last time shopping here. I needed to come in to purchase a TV and someone came to help me. When I picked out the TV I wanted, he told me he would go see if it was in stock. He never came back. He started working with someone else so after waiting for about 15 minutes, someone else had to help me. I wanted to purchase a Sonos speaker, but they would not price match from the Sonos website, which was disappointing. And, when I went to check out, I was standing in line and another employee who is working with a customer brought them to the front to try to cut in front of me in line. Then, when I went to ask for someone to help me load it into my vehicle, all of the men standing around did nothing. Some woman associate had to help me and she and I had to struggle to get it in my vehicle while all of the men stood around to watch. Absolutely pathetic.

*Update* Very bad customer service and manager Randy Belk was rude and did not want to help at all. Would not recommend this place for services or purchases. Got customer support involved and they did nothing to resolve the issue with the TV nor the general mangers disrespect. You’re better off shopping online through another company, or going through Costco or Sam’s Club. Done giving my money to Best Buy, and will not be shopping at any Best Buy’s from now on. Why? Because Best Buy doesn’t know how to resolve a customer complaint, they just let it happen over and over again. The manager really needs to be reevaluated and either trained again or let go of his position.

My experiences with Best Buy have been generally very good. However, I highly recommend that anyone using Geek Squad be very aware of what they're charging you for, and make sure that they perform the tasks that you paid for. I have in my possession actual proof positive that their installers stole from me, yet I received absolutely no help from either the store, or the bank I paid with. The bank claims that they did a thorough investigation of the matter, yet no representative of the bank, or store came to view my evidence. Does that sound thorough to anyone?

I love best buy don’t get me wrong, but this location closes at 7 while other locations nearby close at 8. Terribly inconvenient business hours for me. Stay open the extra hour you’re losing business!!!

Unbelievably I had to ask 4 different "sales" people for one item and they all looked at me like I was an idiot. When I found what I wanted and went to show one of them that it in fact did exist, he looked at me and said, "Huh..."
