Very disappointed in the behavior of the elder lady working here as a cashier. Stopped by this location looking for a specific purse that I have been on the hunt for. Figured I’d stop here since it was across from Burlington… Walked in to take a look and the lady looked bothered that my daughter and I are hispanic. I immediately felt uncomfortable. As we were walking out the lady asked my daughter if the purse she had on was her’s.. insinuating if we took it from there… same purse my daughter walked in with. Felt highly disrespected but yet chose to just leave and not make a scene, Never coming into this location again. I’m also going to let everyone I know not to go here. Because they are racist.

Awful customer service very rude manager. I reported her to bealls. Did not have a name tag and would not give me her name. I will follow up and stay on this matter.

Very nice store. They had a larger selection of items than the store I shop at in Land o Lakes, FL. Got a pricey piece of luggage for over 1/2 the cost I found online (same manufaturer). I was thrilled to get Beall's cost instead!! The staff are friendly and helpful. This is now a favorite for me.
