This store has professional and helpful staff. Everyone is always friendly and offers assistance with expertise. I recently booked an online appointment for a battery and install for my car; the battery was installed in about 5 minutes, was cheaper than the local auto parts stores, and while I waited, two additional staff members came to greet me and see if I needed anything. It was my 3rd time visiting, and each time was pleasant.

Arrived 0800, Erick checked my bad battery (I knew cause it needed a jump) to confirm it was indeed the battery, not alternator. Had new one installed in minutes (about 10) and I was on my way. Thanks Erick for a courteous, professional job !

Do not buy a car battery from this store they do not stand by there warranty I purchased a car battery it was under warranty till 24 /7/2024 it would not start I called a macanic to test it he told me it was weak to take it to the store . I got a friend to JumpStart me and follow me to the store .
They kept till late that evening told me it was ok about a month later once again it wouldn't start I called them they said I had to take it back to the store and leave it
I said there is something wrong as I shouldn't have to keep taking it back to the store, I was an elderly lady and disabled and lived alone, I needed the car for Dr appointments and to get my groceries, and could not be without me car, asked for a replacement.
The manager Cris was very rude said he they did not replace it even though it was under warranty. I have had to purchase a new battery elsewhere and it has three year waranty.
I would not go there again

MY CELL PHONE NEEDED A NEW BATTERY AND REPAIR. CHRIS SAID HE NEEDED TO ORDER IT. WHEN IT CAME IN HE GAVE ME A CALL. I JUST GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL. SO I SENT MY WIFE WITH THE PHONE. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIX THAT DAMN PHONE. THEY FIXED IT ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS. I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR THAT GREAT STAFF. MY WIFE WAS IMPRESSED. THANK YOU IN MY TIME OF NEED. GOD BLESS.

Did a quick stop by this location and I must say, this is your one stop shop for all things battery and bulb related! Ask for Tony! He was very pleasant, helpful and his product knowledge is something to “write home about”! Really great experience!
