Years ago, one of the tellers walked out with me to do a deposit at the ATM and I haven't been inside since. But the ATM is probably the slowest ATM in the world.The BAC app is pretty good. The ATM would be great if it was faster than a dial up computer from the 1990s.

I’ve been a loyal customer for several years with BOA here in SarasotaTo think on a beautiful Sunday morning wherein customers were once able to use an ATM machine with out the threat of being killed or mugged at a BOA is now overWhy aren’t there ATM machines in the lobby where only customers with BOA cards can accessA man was hovering and surrounding my car as I waited an eternity for the machine to confirm my transactionI didn’t want to leave my card in the machine but the man was coming closer I honked my horn to warn him to stop moving towards me and then starred to dial 911 and then he leftIm furious because my safety was compromised … I’m so angryPerhaps stuffing my mattress with my money would have been safer….arggggh!!!!!This is nutsLocation : fruitville and Washington03-05-23

I don't know why people need banks. For someone to pay someone else you need to go through these people..... Maybe if the bankers weren't slaves they could take their masks off, breathe and then use what's brains they have left. Have to go somewhere else to get the money I already earned. Bankers say they have protocol, but in going to other branches shows me this dude in here is probably just jealous and doesn't want to cash my check. Seriously people pay each other cash, coins, gold anything but checks. Screws these people

Your questions in this department are not resolved! I was ripped off for an error of $ 3, an overdraft of $ 10. The consultant Gina is absolutely useless, how many times I have contacted her, she hasn't done anything. I asked to call the manager, and the manager did not even come out to me. Very poor service.

I have 5 accounts at Bank America and have the worst bank EVER. They stab you in the back on everything and make you wait forever to get any service including calling. Too bad there isn’t a minus scale on reviews they would own the bottom!

This branch has the worse customer service of any BOA that I have ever used. Walk in the door at 9A and it only took 30 minutes to a basic deposit and I was 3rd was person in line. You would think after a holiday that they would staff for a more robust morning business but no they had three people covering the lobby and when I left at 930A there was 15 people waiting in line. It has been horrible dealing with BOA these past couple of years and now it is time to make a change since they do not understand what customer service is anymore.
