This is the worst bank ever. And because it just keeps getting worse I don’t think I can type a short message on this whole issue. It’s one thing for the customer to make a mistake like me because I’m pretty young and I’m still learning about certain things . But to not have anyone help you or know anything is ridiculous. This entire situation has made me HATE BANKS and not trust them. I’m completely annoyed at the lack of knowledge and concern this company has shown me during the process I’m going through. I’ve been broke since the week before thanksgiving and struggling because Bank of America can’t help me and can’t give me clear answers as to why I still have not received my check for MY MONEY that was in my account? I believe the amount was lower than hundred dollars and for some reason I haven’t received anything and I keep getting mail about claims I didn’t know about? All I want is the some answers and my money. As of right now I have been on the phone for half an hour because no one can explain these claims and I can’t receive a code because my email address wasn’t attached to my account all of a sudden.

Everything is slow at this branch. The tellers are stretched thin, and have to deal with customers' complaints.

Bad customer service lack of enthusiasm from staff and management to engage with customers, everyone seems to be more worried about their conversation than customers!!!!!

I deposited a large check from my attorney last week on Thursday. I asked how long the hold was and the teller told me cause I was such a valued customer that funds would be available the next day. Well. I transferred the money to my online savings with American Express on Monday. Now my bank account sits in a negative balance waiting for the initial check to clear. The correct information I found out today is that a check over 5000 can take up to 5 days to clear. I have called the 24 hour number for assistance because this branch won't pick up the phone. I have called twice to the branch.They just responded to me. They respond the same way to everyone. I will be contacting home office for BOA. I don't see any resolution with their response.
