Every single time we go here there is only one representative working behind the counter. Today the line of customers was 10 deep. May want to figure out a way to hire more employees. Expect a wait of at least 45 minutes.

No worker's anytime I have to cash a check. Thankfully this isn't my bank but Jesus hire some people. Don't even write a canned response just do better.

One star is only for the kind BofA employees that have to deal with working at an understaffed poorly run major bank. Long lines are the result of shortened bank hours and poor facilities. The couches are there because you may have to get cozy and wait a long time for help. Don't be fooled by the drive through windows either, they stopped using those years ago.

I wld never normally do a review on a bank, i wanted to check the hours open for tomorrow and saw so many bad reviews. Anytime I had to do business w anyone there it was always a very pleasant experience. The manager lady (I think she's a manager) always so nice, along with the tellers and the ppl behind the desk.

UPDATE...To whoever responded to my review....I'm not talking about being on hold. I'm talking about taking that long to even get into the que because your system says "not a valid selection" then hangs up. You have WAY to many prompts.Also you tell me to use Facebook or Twitter to communicate with BOA. I have neither nor do I want them. If thats the only way you communicate with customers then maybe I need to think long and hard about continuing to back at BOA..HORRIBLE! Will waist an hour just to get a living human on the phone. This bank is awful and should not be allowed to handle our money.

I have been a Bank of America for most of my adult life and of late have been so frustrated with them. They don't answer the phones, in order to be tended to by a human you have to make an appointment, however their online scheduler doesn't always work! I had to get a letter notarized and I went to one of their branches in Sarasota, Fla. The place was full of customers waiting for tellers and the manager was on the floor with her laptop trying to filter the customers who needed to speak with representatives behind the desks. If you didn't have an appointment you were out of luck and she didn't care. There was an elderly woman in front of me with a major issue and the manager couldn't have cared less. No sympathy from her! Finally after all of us started to speak up she assisted the woman but I was left hanging. After several minutes someone came to me with the same story. No one could help me without an appointment and in addition started to have an attitude. I had to remind him I was the customer. Now I have to wait for my appointment and when I go I hope they can perform my request. It's a shame this bank is using COVID not to hire additional personnel. Do you really need the manager to be manning the floor? They can't put her to better use and hire a part-timer instead who wants to get into the banking business? Or does Bank of America want to take advantage of the present atmosphere and save money not caring its impact on customers!!

Was in here yesterday and the Manager was a great help in getting what I needed done. Took a point away for the crabby teller lady that kind of talked down to me.

I went yesterday at this location, TOMO TOMOVSKI DID VERY BAD SERVICE, he don’t answer my questions, the bank is empty and no body want to work, I was sitting in the lobby for more 20 minutes. Very bad experience.

This bank is the WORST in every way. They don't answer the phone and when they do you cannot understand a word the representative is saying. Totally unprofessional! They no longer have a drive thru you cannot walk into the bank to rent a safe deposit box without an appointment. They have made it difficult to handle the simplest task. Trying to find a way to post this without any stars but they have rigged that also.
