Very bad service . Closed lot of time Manager (older lady ) is super rude . She told me I can't cash my check with out card i even do that 1 year like that . They are closed in front but drive thru is open so I walked there because I don't have car now . She told me i can't do that for you if you not sitting in your car . Please change your manager becouse she is incapable

Worst place ever. I drive up to the teller. And all they said was I have other customers, it might take a little bit. So I figure ok 10 min is a long enough time to wait at a bank..... boy was I wrong Took over 35 min for me to be told just a few more minutes there is only one teller but 4 managers who can't do anything to help the tellers apparently? All I was trying to do was take out an odd amount of money basically I needed a $5. This is unbelievable. So I tell them no im not waiting any longer this is crazy. So I ask to cancel and I go to the atm and take out the money but I'm short $5 now... so I take out extra. If I had known they didn't have anyone to help me I wouldn't have gone to the drive up teller. No one told me anything just that there's a line. Not that they're short staffed. Or that they'll waste my time and day until they were basically about to close at 4pm. Needless to say I'm canceling my account and going to literally ANYONE ELSE.

Horrible!!! 1 teller and the manager runs in and hides in the back when he sees the unrest with 10 in line and 7 on the couches! If a teller calls in ....... hire overtime! This is the worst branch ever. 1 teller!!!!! Come on!

Really bad customer service. Bank of America needs to change their policy on cashing their own checks and charging fees. I guess they forgot the government people bailed them out.
