Our couch is defective from day 1. Multiple things are wrong with it, not just 1 thing. It’s a 6 piece sectional and literally every single piece has something wrong with it!Our Contract states that within 3 days you can return defective items.I received a voicemail from our sales rep just now and he claims we will only be able to exchange.We will be hiring an attorney.His claim to the Ashley fame is “we make our furniture so you know it’s quality “Well guess what? It’s NOT!Why would I want to exchange it??Buyer beware! Salesman told us whatever we wanted to hear and is lying to us stating the contract says something else.

Nicest bunch of people to deal with. I had an issue not with the store but the warranty department. Lori Jackson stepped up to the plate & resolved my issue on a Saturday! Thought I would have to wait until Monday. Shout out to Sarah Kennedy , store manager, as well. She's assisted me in the past . You can tell she encourages a positive workplace, the sales seem to enjoy working there & are happy to help.

We came in there today around 3pm with my family. Dan greeted us immediately and helped us whenever we called on him. My brother in law is also an employee for the company. He was with us as well and they didn’t give us no trouble with providing us with employee discount. I totally recommend Dan and Sarah (manager) was a pleasure to work with. I just purchased a new home and they took a lot of stress off me with furnishing my entire home.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at ashley home furnishing! Our sales person, Hilary was absolutely wonderful not high-pressure was accommodating and listen to our real needs. Her manager, who is the manager of the bed department, as well was very informative and a very nice person. If you want the real deal and not some high-pressure sales people don't go to furniture warehouse. Go to Ashley home furnishing!

I purchased my bedroom set from Sarasota location.. delivery came so late and missing parts.. I called the store to ask for help with this issue but sales person was very unprofessional and hang up the phone to my face… delivery guys great .
