Jose is great! He moved around items, end tables, etc. to make sure we were able to visualize everything we wanted to buy. After being there for over three hours he even adjusted our order without complaint. I highly recommend this Ashley store and Jose.

Just want buyers to be aware of this potential issue. I ordered a $3,000 dining room set that was scheduled for a July 31st delivery. Out of my top choices, I went with this one from Ashley because of the delivery date. They delivered it with a damaged chair. It's clearly ripped. Instead of shipping me a new chair or immediately ordering a new part, they sent a technician out for a "stain". First off, they sent a tech yesterday without verifying I'd be home. I was 2 hours away when I got the call with the eta. I immediately called customer service, he was going to schedule it 2 weeks out because it was a "reschedule". No it wasn't. I never would have scheduled it for a date & time I wasn't going to be home. So he then got it scheduled for today. I specifically told him to note it is a rip in the fabric, NOT a stain, and would need a new seat cushion. Tech just left & guess what? It needs a new seat cushion. He seemed surprised it wasn't a stain so that wasn't even relayed properly to him. So now I HAVE TO WAIT 7 to 14 days for a part to be delivered when they should've just shipped me a new chair because I didn't pay 3k for damaged furniture. And I needed it now, NOT in a week or two. Where's the quality assurance? Who put a dining chair into a shipping carton with a rip in the seat & sent it out to a customer like that? I will never buy from Ashley again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
Side note, today's tech wasn't at fault, nobody communicated with him. And if delivering damaged furniture is an Ashley store policy, then I don't fault the delivery crew for following orders. And if you look at my review history, you will see that negative ones are rare coming from me.

Service rep Jose was very helpful in terms of his knowledge and patience. Suggestive without being overbearing. The purchase, however, took too long because of slow Internet.

No one greeted us or asked if we needed help. We walked towards the back of the store, stopped at some sort of business desk and asked where the recliners were. A man behind the desk vaguely waved and said in the middle. Found the recliners. Spent about 20 minutes looking and left without anyone asking if we needed help. They obviously weren't interested in our money.

My husband and I went to the Ashley Sarasota store at 6:00 (they close at 8). Jim and Ben were both amazing. We were greeted by Jim who was great! We were buying furniture for our new Florida townhouse so we had a lot to pick out and we were only going to be in Florida from Monday to Friday. Jim didn't skip a beat showing us all of our options. He even went as far as looking at pics of my rooms and our measurements to see what would fit and what wouldn't. Needless to say we were there til way after the store closed which is when we were introduced to Ben the store manager who was also amazing. Both of them worked together to get us everything we needed. To say we were happy is an understatement especially when we got the phone call on Thursday that our furniture was being delivered on Friday before we left! Thank you so much, Jim and Ben, for your patience and expertise!! Our experience was fantastic! If you need furniture go and see Jim and Ben!!
