So disappointed. I attempted to return a purchased the next day. They refused to except the return. I was kind and polite to no avail.Update: they did take back the chain, but not the discounted pendant. If it’s on sale make sure you really want it. The sales person failed to share they’re no return policy when I made the original purchase.

Stopped by after kayaking with friends and even though we weren't dressed up, Heather was the best and so very nice! I purchased an estate piece and will definitely shop with them again. This place is a hidden gem with many BEAUTIFUL gems!

Have not bought anything here but have visited. Nice goods and pleasant staff. The have an array of beautiful things and is a full service jeweler. Has been here a long time so has a great reputation. It is in a tourist area so it is very expensive.

This is a follow-up to my 1 star review dated 12/19/2017, after contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and some back and forth with the business I am now a more satisfied customer. The owner of the business reached out and called me to discuss the situation and offered me a reasonable solution to bring the issue to closure. I still need to send the watch to Rolex for repair and service myself but I feel the store did offer some assistance to help me through this and deserves the additional stars for making a unhappy customer more of a satisfied one.
