Don't sign up for the credit card with the promise of receiving reward points. It is a total scam. There are no rewards points, the bank keeps telling you to call Arhaus and then Arhaus tells you to call the bank. I should have $1,500 of rewards which do not exist, so I was essentially robbed of that money. I was about to place another large order and they will be losing that business and any future business. I still give it two stars because the furniture itself is nice.

Store service: Purchased a bench, bedroom nightstands and dresser. Special shout out to Tracy Pritchard and Matt Molinary at the Sarasota, FL mall location (University Plaza). Matt's choice for the custom fabric for our new bench was spot on!Delivery: Benny provided such excellent service during the white-glove delivery. He noticed that our new bench fabric had puncture holes in it and contacted customer service on my behalf immediately to order a replacement. He also took special care in installing our remaining furniture. Thank you! I also would like to acknowledge his colleague Alex who assisted in delivering the nightstands and bench. Our 6-drawer dresser was delivered on a different day by Pablo (was on backorder). I would also like to thank him for his excellent service.

Sales and delivery timing went well. Piece needed some touchup which the driver noted and said they would be in touch to arrange. Never heard from them again. Reached out to sales person multiple times. Finally, two weeks after delivery I got follow up and they said driver didn't report damage. I literally heard him on the phone and saw him take photos. Now can't schedule a fix until almost a month post delivery.

We recently purchased a beautiful dining room grouping and chaise sofa from the Sarasota Arhaus store. Our sales experience was smooth, and when our delivery hit a snag due to torrential Florida thunderstorms, store manager Matt Molinary stepped up without hesitation to help us quickly and efficiently resolve it- 5 star customer service and the delivery team was terrific too!

Horrible customer service! Try to get get the 4th chair for our dining area. 3 chairs were delivered in July, the 4th one still not here in October. They just don't care. Stay away!!

In response to my review, I was contacted by Arhaus' Manager of Retail Operations & Sales who placed an order honoring the price offered during the Memorial Day sale and with the $149 shipment fee. That was a positive experience for me.Arhaus also fixed the shipment discrepancy in the system. The shipment fee for all finishes is $299 (WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE) now. Not what I would wish for, but it is consistent.

Beautiful product! Beautiful people! Beautiful experience. Definitely quality pieces that will last a long time. If not a lifetime if treated well. So unique and creative. The staff here is what makes the place. They could be a little more upbeat and outgoing, when customers show up and snap to it a little quicker, but they are wonderful people selling a wonderful product. Highly recommend Arhaus Sarasota.

Stay away! This company does not stand behind their products. Their outdoor fabric technology and warranty services are not built for Florida climate and customers.We purchased the Wyatt Outdoor Sofa and Swivel Chair in March 2023. In late August - less than 5 months after our purchase - we noticed some mildew spots on both cushion sets of furniture.We are very careful and meticulous about our outdoor furniture care. Our patio deck has a good balance of shade and southern exposure. We keep our furniture protected from rain under our covered patio. We always cover them during heavy storms and keep the cushions dry whenever they are in use. Yet with all of that vigilance we still ended with mildew spots. We purchased outdoor furniture from Costco – at a much lower premium – during the same time frame and their cushions don't have a single spot on them.There are many strings attached to their Limited Warranty with regards to outdoor furniture -- they basically put it all on the owners. That probably should have been our first red flag. We were talked into purchasing extra "Worry Free Coverage" but were recently told by Caroline Partin, Design Consultant, that "Mold, pollen dust and mildew are unfortunate occurrences in our climate" and that it's basically not covered.My advice: Stay away all together, or at very least you should avoid their Outdoor furniture selections. Don't bother with the extended warranties because they don't cover anything meaningful.

Salesperson was helpful and friendly. Decor is ok, deliberately upscale. We found one painting my wife loved, I hated. Look at the website, you'll have a good idea what they have. Not our cup of tea but I can see how it might appeal to some, especially if they need large furniture.

Years ago I had a bad experience with Arhaus on a very delayed delivery and was told I would receive my long awaited sofa by the 4th of July. It didn't happen and I swore I would never purchase from them again. I can't believe years later the exact same thing happened again!I was told in January my 2 beds I ordered would be delivered on or about 2/15. I called my sales person last week and my call was never returned. I called again today and was told it won't be in until the end of March. I told my sales person if she would have told me in January this could happen I would never had ordered them. I feel this is a total bait and switch. She told me when they would be delivered and I was going on her word. I asked why not a call to give me a heads up notice? She said they don't do this. I am amazed at the lack of integrity this company has. How do they stay in business?

Don’t bother. There were only two customers in the store and 4 salespeople. Apparently only one salesperson could assist customers and she was busy. After waiting 15 minutes we left. If this is how their customer service works they will be out of business soon
