“My husband and I lived at Gulf Gate Apartments for exactly 1 year. We would have continued living here longer- the only reason we left was because we were fortunate enough to buy a home. Melanie in the front office is a gem of a person. I have lived in apartments for 10 years across 3 cities and she is by far the best apartment staff I've ever known. She is kind, prompt, caring, and personable. Maintenance concerns are taken care of next business day and everything is always clean and orderly. The community is quiet and friendly. To us, Gulf Gate Apartments was truly a diamond in Sarasota.”

“This five star is for the Assistant Manager, Cheyenne! During the application process (I am on the lease, too) I was out of the country. Cheyenne was SUPER to work with showing great patience with my lacking computer skills to get everything that she needed. She continues to immediately answer emails/phone calls/ questions quickly and kindly! Thank you Cheyenne! Plus, the apartments are in a nice location, super clean!!”

“It's a great place. It took me weeks to find the right place and Sage was the last one. Not the biggest but definitely the classiest. The kitchen is awesome with big cabnets, stainless steel appliances, single deep sink, and the colors are very modern and trendy.”

Yesenia ad Nicole and Willy (maintenance) Deserve some kudos, I'm impressed with what you've done. Since the changes have happened recently in the past 6 months. It's becoming better and better and I have to say. I really have no complaints other than they do charge you for certain things. That's corporate. That's outside of local control. “First, I met and toured the property with Sam. She was professional and as good as it gets. During the application process I ran into a few roadblocks that delayed my move in, which had nothing to do with the Sam or the employees here. Sam and her coworker Kelsey (I hope I'm spelling it right lol) were there for me every time I called. They were swift, professional and gave A quality customer service. The apartments are beautiful with top of the line appliances and design, which is hard to find in this type oTop quality. The shopping center within the apartment complex is amazing. Steakhouse, farmers market, lots of stores, volleyball nets, pool and much more. The area feels so safe and everything you need is within 10-15 minutes tops.Overall I am at ease and happy thanks to the beautiful property and the amazing customer service and experience that Sam and Kelsey provided.Look no further and come check out Botanic Waterside!”
