“My husband and I lived at Gulf Gate Apartments for exactly 1 year. We would have continued living here longer- the only reason we left was because we were fortunate enough to buy a home. Melanie in the front office is a gem of a person. I have lived in apartments for 10 years across 3 cities and she is by far the best apartment staff I've ever known. She is kind, prompt, caring, and personable. Maintenance concerns are taken care of next business day and everything is always clean and orderly. The community is quiet and friendly. To us, Gulf Gate Apartments was truly a diamond in Sarasota.”

“Great complex with nice people who work here & live here! I love watching the wildlife in the pond & the pool is nice & kept up well. The maintenance staff is great and they come by the same day if I ever need anything. They also host fun events every couple of months that I enjoy. I moved recently from CA, so I’ve met some nice neighbors that way too!”

“The best place in Sarasota! I'm extremely happy my family and our furbabies choose 50 paramount. The staff goes above and beyond to help residents with all of there needs. The property is always well maintained. The pool is one of our favorite places to have family time and so convenient with the gas grills right in the area. I love that I can walk in my pajamas to serve myself a delicious fresh cup of Starbucks coffee. The gym is unbelievable it's awesome and has all the equipment a regular gym has not to mention a separate yoga studio. Thanks to all the staff and maintenance team without you guys there is no 50 Paramount ❤️?”
“They came the next day and fixed the garbage disposal. The new maintenance team is always very nice and I like that they leave a paper summary of what they did and what still needs to be completed so that we know what is going on if we are at work.”
