All the clothes looked like they were for old people and THEN the saleswoman called me "curvy." I would think the first thing they teach you in training is not to comment on customers' body types. Yuck.

Beverly made me feel welcome. She took the time without pushing on a sale! I've been a customer for years and this is the best customer service I've received in years.

I do not feel very welcome in this store. Very cold and seem like helping you is a problem. A couple of years ago this was not like this.
