Wanda is always greeting customers with a smile and knows the ins and outs of the business. I’ve also encountered Eric who works there from time to time and he’s always nice may not know the answer but tries. The branch is smaller so I feel like attention to detail is provided here.

wouldn't recommend. Very bas customer service and gives out inaccurate information and acts like you are imposing on them to do what you will be paying them for.

the attention is very good but they must fix the schedule I came because it says that it closes at 9 at night and closes at 6 in the afternoon, and you waste your time

I just want to say this location is the best amscot I’ve been to in the area!! It had been a while since I used amscot services. I came in frantic and stressed because I needed to use Amscot’s services for an unexpected emergency situation. Not to mention I was on a time crunch. I had the pleasure of working with an awesome associate (she was a long haired blonde female- I am trying to find her name because I didn’t catch it before I left) who was not only efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. She was also patient and kind. I had a complicated situation regarding my all documents. Regardless she was able to get me what I needed in order to handle my needs. Anddddd during my processing .. a bunch of customers came in suddenly and she was able to take care of me and all the other clients effortlessly with her exceptional multitasking skills. Please give this employee a raise!! And make her a trainer for other amscot employees!!

Greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in. James is always professional and friendly. He takes the time to explain everything and doesn’t mind answering questions. James always provides Great Customer Service that you don’t see a lot of now days.
He is definitely a plus to Amscot and always makes the transaction go as smoothly as possible

Horrible. Every time I go here to do business, the woman behind the counter behaves as if I'm bothering her on her break. Terrible customer service. Don't go to this location if you can avoid it

I was there today 4/11/18 around 7 pm to buy a money order and the blonde hair girl that was in there I wish I know her name, she doesn't wear a name tag, anyways she lack of manners and customers service. Every month I go in there to buy a money order for my rent; Unfortunately, she is always there she doesn't greet customer with a smile not even a good evening or how may I help you nor will do eyes contact. She always look so mad; In the other hand, the blonde hair boy that is usually in there, I which I know his name. He does greet you with a smile and do eyes contact and ask how may I help you.

Every time I go into this establishment to cash my check, the girl teller behaves as if I am an inconvenience, sighs and exhibits a very poor attitude. I understand, people have bad days, but EVERY DAY?!? Nobody's making you work there lady. You're getting PAID. If you don't like it, work somewhere else, but don't just spread your negativity around.
