I was very pleased with the customer service as well of proof of product (if you do need to see it). I understand sometimes we pay way more than what they’ll give us but they were Nice, kind, respectful, mature and can give you an option to still get paid and you have 30 days to get your item back with a small percentage VIG. Either way very nice place, location, and people!

Do not come here with your electronics… or anything for that matter. I came in with my perfectly operating 2020 MacBook and they tried to remove it from my iCloud but ended up WIPING MY WHOLE HARD DRIVE; Brian and Matilda were stumped the whole time and sent me to Apple to diagnose. Once Apple told me they had wiped my hard drive they refused to take any accountability and acted like the scummy pawn shop workers that they are.
