We just installed gas in a fireplace after severe damage from Ian. American grill and hearth had the largest showroom for ideas and options. They could actually show/teach us how to start the pilot and do routine maintenance. They also were about 10% cheaper than the one option from the propane installer. (Gas through glass chips)
Hope is great for follow up with a customer and very pleasant to deal with. We are totally satisfied with our experience.

Bought a Simplifire electric fireplace from these folks, great experience. Love it. Nice little showroom and knowledgeable sales staff helped us to find the right fit as far as product and budget.

Absolutely the best experience purchasing not only 1 outdoor kitchen and grill, but 2 outdoor kitchens! We built a new home in Sarasota and we went to American Grill & Hearth after going to 2-3 other places. American Grill & Hearth is family owned and operated and after visiting their showroom, we made the decision to purchase from them. What a great decision. Also, our VIP concierge, Hope, was always in touch with us through every step of the way, from ordering to install. We would give them 10 stars if we could!
