Very very sad to hear how hateful Alice is :( If you enjoy being belittled and insulted for your self expression and how you dress, then by all means, this is the perfect place for you! I also found it quite unnerving that she refused to stop talking for over 15 minutes about her personal political views.

Alice was super, she took time and energy to try different shoes that I would like. She finally had to order me lots of shoes for me to try, because I needed low heels. She knows her stuff. I ended up with a half size smaller. They fit, amazing. She was very kind in helping me. If you need dance shoes, go there. I love my new shoes, they're beautiful!

Racist saleswoman Alice. The woman was incredibly rude, scowling at us the entire time, before we even said anything. We were prepared to buy a few shoes, tights, and leotards but she did not want us to try on, told us we made her nervous, and we hadn't even said anything to her. Horribly insulting experience. Her behavior and body language was beyond rude into aggressive and her tone was foul. Don't ever want to go in there again.

They dont have much to choose from, and the people working there seem to be annoyed by the costumers. They also dont do the best pointe shoe fitting.

Its the only place to try on shoes. All dance shoes are different and fit is crucial to performance. I was thrilled to try them on, find the perfect pair, and walk out the door with them!

Too expensive, I can purchase the same merchandise at another vendor or even on line at half the price and in some cases even less.
