Great place to shop lower prices. Usually only three clerks work this place.So it might be a while to get out of checkout line, they only seemed to want to open one lane.That's the drawback here.

I want to start by saying that Aldi.US is very different from Aldi Germany (where Aldi originally comes from), which isn't all bad, however it has some things that are clearly missing if you are used to the European Version. Over the past 2 years Aldi did add a lot of products that were missing before, which is why I am not letting it negatively affect the review. The store is clean & the employees are nice, the lines at the register are wayyy too long at times though. Yesterday we had 8 people with full carts in front of us, only one register open and we had to wait almost 20 minutes to check-out our 3 items, that is why I am removing one star

It’s an adjustment from regular grocery stores but I now do better than 80% of my shopping at ALDIs. Why…pricing and quality.
Items I love:
Salmon at $9/lb
Two piece package of cheesecake at less than $2
Medium frozen raw shrimp (shelled, deveined and tail removed) under $5/12oz)
Specialty cheeses with low cost gourmet crackers
Frozen microwaveable 12 oz packages of broccoli or Brussel sprouts $1.29
Wine…great value, limited selection
Note of caution:
It is possible to buy overripe produce that only lasts a few days at home.
Canned white tuna fish has mostly shredded pieces and a good deal of fluid (Walmart brand is of much higher quality for the same price)

Pretty good selection of produce and freezer food. But the meat section leaves much to be desired... No deli, no fresh bakery... Definitely no seafood department... I can't believe they took Winn-Dixie away and left us with this mess...
