Save your time and money and go somewhere else!The person who answers the phone, Tommy, is definitely not the person who should be the person who makes the first impression for the pharmacy...she is absolutely horrible and doesn't understand the meaning of customer service!First she couldn't locate the prescription my doctor had called in for me. When I followed up on a second call, she told me that they still couldn't locate my prescription, and went on to say that since my meds required special formulation, it would take over a week to have them make it...funny, other places do it in a couple of hours. She would not let me speak w/ a pharmacist; when I asked to speak with one, she said they were all busy. I asked to speak w/ any another employee, a supervisor (she claimed she was the supervisor), or the owner, she said there was "no one else in the store." When I asked for the owner's name, she told me it was Dr. Jenny Wilkins and that she (Tommy) was her voice mail service. I told her I would willingly even speak w/ a janitor because he/she would likely be more capable. Regardless, she told me that she was going to inform the pharmacy to cancel my prescription and that I should have my doctor call it in somewhere else.For the sake of your own health, if you can go somewhere else and avoid Age Vital...pls do so, or you will be spending more money on meds for to deal w/ BP and mental health issues these people will give you.

I went to Age Vital about 8 months ago, met with Dr. Mike and he analyzed my blood. He recommended a specific protocol along with exercise and a change in diet. I have lost over 60 pounds and feel great, the staff is amazing and the results speak for themselves! Thanks Age Vital!

Fast talkers and money grabbers. They could care less about your well being, more interested in your pocket book. Regrettably, I spent nearly $1400 at this "pharmacy", including a salvia test that cost over $600. When I called for results, they told me there would be an additional charge to get the results. Huh? Further, the powder supplements that were added to the long list that "Dr. Jenny" prescribed tasted so bad that I couldn't drink them. During our appointment, she promised life changing results with her supplements, among other things. The chemicals in these powder supplements are unpalatable, chemicals disguised on the labels as "wild berry flavor", "red cherry powder" "lemon flavor" , probably saccharin or other carcinogenic additives that makes the powders taste like chemicals, seemingly contradictory under the guise of well being. All of the employees are required to "vape" CBD oil and will do it on demand by the owner as a selling point, but don't be fooled. Vaping CBD oil has no results on your well being, or anything else. Buyer beware.

Excellent customer service and a pharmacy that truly cares about people in contrast to the large chain pharmacies. The staff, the service and the products are all top tier! The personal service makes me feel like I am special. I suggest that you try out this excellent pharmacy and see the difference made by competent, courteous and efficient service.

Since Dr. Jenny and her husband Mike have had me under care, I have put on 15 pounds of muscle and feel less stressed and more energetic. My cortisol levels are down. I literally look so much better and no longer drink. Their work shows in my own results.

I went to Age Vital with the highest expectations. I recently relocated due to Hurricane Maria and my friend insisted I get a a B-12 injection to help with my fatigue from the move. The storefront is inviting and the product selection was diverse. The staff, however, left much to be desired. My friend and I were not greeted upon arrival and stood around waiting for someone to acknowledge us. It appeared other customers, known to the staff, were given preferential treatment and were attended to before us. Some staff members even looked bored and were just chatting among themselves. Once we were finally asked our reason for coming into the store, we were very rudely given some release forms. At this point, we wanted to leave as we felt very unwelcome but against our better judgment we stayed. The haggardly blonde that took us into a privacy room to administer the shots had the bedside manner of a funeral attendant. She literally stabbed me in the upper buttock. Didn't wipe the area with alcohol or, for that matter, give me any instructions. She didn't get the needle in deep enough to deliver the vitamins into the muscle. I was told I was bleeding but in retrospect, the vile of injectable was red, I believe it just came out. No band-aid was applied. I was left with a ball under my skin which hurt. The next day I had a bruise. To add insult to literal injury, I experienced NONE of the proposed beneficial effects of the B-12. I won't return. I might never try a B-12 shot again (that was my first) and I cannot recommend anyone visit this establishment or that horrid "nurse Kim"
