I had a great experience working with Blenda and Tiffany. They were very prompt with their responses to my questions and emails, and Blenda called me whenever she needed clarification on anything. The customer service was even more phenomenal in person. They are one of the few businesses that sell my countertop and I was able to provide them with my measurements and any information they needed from me, and I received my countertop all within a week. They were very accommodating to my needs. I definitely recommend Affinity Kitchen and Bath, LLC and will work with them for any future needs I may have. Thank you again Blenda and Tiffany!

Affinity Kitchen & Bath is a terrible company to do business with and I would warn anyone from doing business with them. I met with the owner on April 8th to take measurements for cabinets to be put in a custom bar in my home. They said it would take 5 weeks to deliver the cabinets to the individual who is contracted to build the bar. He made repeated contacts to this business with no response. I try to contact their business and it says to leave a message but the voicemail box is full so you cannot leave a message. I finally got a response via email and they said I would get a response the next day, but at 5pm there is no response. It is 10 weeks since we contracted with them and still no cabinets.
We finally were told the cabinets would arrive by 1pm on June 27th. At 12:30pm I receive a call indicating they were still building them and would let us know when they would arrive. They arrived at 4:30pm, however not complete. The fronts / doors to the cabinets are still not complete. These are base cabinets only and go across the bar of my custom bar. It is unbelievable how long all of this is taking. To put in perspective, they started on April 8th and my pool company broke ground on April 28th…the pool and landscaping is complete and still waiting on the cabinets.
Terrible communication from this company - totally unacceptable and now this has put my project extremely behind. If you want to maintain any type of schedule for your project stay far away from this business! Their word means nothing and customer service is atrocious.

A horrendous experience. Tiffany is nice and friendly and appears to know her stuff, but the execution of the project has left me and my husband angry and ashamed that we let this company scam us. The project (a mid-size kitchen reno - replacing cabinets) started end of October 2023 and Tiffany told us it would be 2 weeks to complete. It is now May 2024 and it is NOT complete. We have been lied to and told we are the priority project for the past 3 months and yet no one has been to our house since before Christmas. We have a functional kitchen but considering the amount of money we paid none of the finishings are there, bottom drawers do not open, door fronts have nail punch through bubbles, edges left sharp enough to cut my 2 young kids.

This is second time we are using Affinity Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen.
Beautiful job and prompt service and extremely satisfied with Erson who installed our new top and also Ivan who hooked up the plumbing.
Tiffany was very accommodating to our need for a quick install!

We made an appointment with this company to come & discuss refacing our kitchen cabinets, about a week in advance. 2 days before, they called to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, they called, at the appointment time, to say they would be late. They were 40 minutes late. After arriving & taking measurements, they said they would send the estimate. That was Friday, it's now Tuesday & we haven't heard a word from them. Not a good company to spend thousands of dollars with!

I feel like I just won the lottery after reading many of Affinity's reviews and because of my experiences with them I DIDN'T hire them. Looks like I dodged a major bullet.First contacted Affinity on a Tuesday late September and arranged for a consultation at my place in two weeks time (another Tuesday). 6 days after first contact they called to confirm my appointment for the day after (Tuesday) one week too early. Sorted that out and they realized they were a week early so we "re" confirmed our first meeting for the next week (Tuesday) at 10:30. At 10:28 I was called and was told that they couldn't meet me for whatever reason. I'm remodeling the home and don't live there so each time I have to leave and go to the remodel. Chalked that one up to $hit happens...I'll live.Make another appointment for another two weeks. At the 7 day point I get a frantic call from Affinity saying that they can't make it...an "emergency". I said "ok, but you're not late, you're a week early"...they had the wrong day AGAIN. Strike two.The actual appointment is again confirmed. Cool with that right?...nope, the next week they call after the appointment is to begin rather frantic again telling me that they can't make it AGAIN. I'm stunned at this...can't form words...just blown away at how the easiest part of their job is to meet with clients and formulate a plan and they can't even pull that off. Strike three.Other than my time and a lot of palms to my forehead this endeavor cost me nothing. I'm not a religious man but I fall to my knees daily thankful that I did NOT go with these people.I read the reviews and am just blown away that good people and their hard earned money are treated so negligently.I was a lucky "customer"...their next one maybe not.

I chipped the edge of my kitchen countertop and was heart sick. I contacted Affinity Kitchen and spoke with Tiffany who was so understanding and felt sure she could help. Within the week she had her office call and set up an appointment. The day of my appointment I received a call to confirm the time and gave my the name of the person who would be coming. He arrived on time, was very professional and did a wonderful job. Unless you know where the chip is you would never find it. I would highly recommend Affinity Kitchen to anyone looking to have work done.Service: Granite countertop repair

All of the women we worked with, were responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. They responded to our request for repair when no other Kitchen And Bath company even called us back! We would highly recommend them.

Tiffany was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was always very responsive and super patient with all of our questions (this was our first kitchen remodel). You can truly tell that Tiffany takes pride in her work, she was very involved and would never ask anything of her team that she wasn't willing to do herself! We absolutely love the way our kitchen turned out!Services: Custom kitchen cabinet construction

September 2022 by Rob Krasow
In September of 2021 we signed a contract. We were so excited about working with Tiffany and her crew. I met her through a networking group that we are both part of and liked everything she had told me. I truly believed that she would come through for us and create something we would love.I expressed that we needed the work completed or at least functional before December 19th. The reason was because my mother-in-law was coming to visit from Colombia, and I did not want her vacation interrupted with the work in the home. Tiffany promised me this and said that it would take 6 days to install our kitchen and new vanities in the bathrooms. I remember thinking that sounded a bit too optimistic, but we went with it.Things started out great when they were installing the new peninsula and guest vanity in the bathroom. However, the progress all came to a screeching halt after a week of work. We would go days without seeing workers and when they did come, it would be for a couple of hours and not much would get completed. When my mother-in-law arrived, we were without water in both the kitchen and the main bathroom due to horrible coordination and lack of project management. Three different plumbers came to do the work and they either installed stuff backwards or did not want to do the job because they were never told the scope of the work. It was truly a nightmare for over a week. We had to live out of the guest bathroom, cleaning plates and sharing the sink. This was in December. My mother in laws situation was only one of many. Her vacation was ruined. The workers didn’t show at times. Tiffany rarely inspected the work that was expected. There were always excuses and half-truths. How do I know this? Well, her workers were all very unhappy and would tell me what was going on behind the scenes and they all wanted to quit. I do not think there is one left working there who worked on our project.Fast forward to June, the last straw was the back splash. We had expressed that we wanted to keep the one we have. You would think that they would be prepared and measure around it. No, they removed a big portion of it and then when they realized what had happened, they ordered similar tile to try and match it. I had told them to keep the old tile and they said no and threw it away. The new tile did not match, and Tiffany kept saying it would with treatment. She was wrong. To make a long story short, they ended up pulling the fridge out and took remaining tile from behind it. They then removed the new tile and installed the old stuff. It looks like hell! Tiffany then realized that she forgot the under cabinet lighting an installed cheap strip lighting with a disco function and gave me a remote control for it. I looked it up and it cost $30 on Amazon and in various stores. She tried to pass it off as a great product. After it was installed, I about lost my mind.Fast forward to August 2022 and our kitchen is still not done. I told Tiffany that I was going to get another contractor to finish up because clearly, she is unable to manage this project. She promised me that she would send me the final paperwork so that I would have the cabinet maker & paint finisher’s names. I have asked 3 times over the past 2 months, and she comes up with excuses and now she has ghosted me.What is so sad about all this is that the joy is gone. We were so excited to do this project to improve our home and now we have a new kitchen that looks amazing on the surface but if you look closely is damaged in many areas. Wrong doors, doors that were ordered the wrong size but were cut to fit and now the patterns are not the same. Damaged doors from lack of care and screws in rails that hold garbage cans never installed. We paid over $30,000 for a new kitchen and she consistently tried to pass off problems and would not listen to anyone. My case is not unique & this is only part of the story...Services: Countertops
