Avoid @AdvanceAuto store #09518. They will look up the "exact fit" part for you. And then when it doesn't fit, they won't return or exchange it. Their manager Jim and worker named Kendall couldn't have been any ruder. Go to Napa, AutoZone or O'Reilly's. Any place except here

I recently went it for two items. I believe the person that helped me was David, an older bearded gentleman. He was trying to open a package to see if it would work for me after he brought both items to the check-out counter. While attempting to open the package, the phone rang. He said "it's probably for me" and then answered the phone. Well after about 45 seconds of chit-chat, he then proceeded to help the caller find a part and completely ignored me. What happened to "first come, first serve"? There were three other employees in the store and only one was busy with a customer. David could have told the caller he was 'helping another customer right now' and put the caller on hold and asked another employee to take the call. After about a minute or so later, another employee walked by and I caught his attention. I think he was the manager. He asked if I needed to check out, and then I followed him to another register to pay for my part. In hindsight, I should have mentioned why I was waiting on David while I was paying for the part. I don't want to get David in trouble because he seems like a really nice guy, and he was very helpful in the beginning. But David could use a refresher course in customer service. I expect better! I would never treat my customers like that. I've worked in retail for over 40 years, and I know good, or bad customer service when I see it.

I went in because my car was having a problem starting , David one of the workers there was awesome and went above and beyond to help me , he put a new battery in my car because we thought that was the problem but after trying to start the car again and it not turning over we found out that it was a starter problem so he finished putting the battery in and then I left. overall great experience and every advanced need more employees like DAVID.

The entrance is towards the back of the store which makes it very confusing when trying to park your vehicle. Other than that it's just a regular old auto store. Nothing special

Staff is always very helpful and point me in the direction of exactly what I need. They even make sure I've got the tools or gauges that I need to complete my repair. 10/10. Combined with YouTube videos to show me how to do basic stuff I've saved loads of $$ doing it myself.

The nicest people I ever met, one of the workers super great guy, helped me change my car battery and got my car started even when a mechanic we had to pay, couldn't get it started.

Don't order from the online store. I went out of my way to go order something that was supposed to be in stock at this location- not only did they not have the item, they claimed to not be able to see my online order at all.

I stopped in before work and Mikey was so helpful! I was in desperate need of a new battery for my car and he provided me with good advice and installed it for me. He even took the time to clean the contacts. I'm very grateful.
