I get to the point of looking for new bank this place super slow makes people wait not enough tellers not enough banks there's only 3 and they are so far apart I'm bout done with this place

I have been banking with Achieva even before they were Achieva, if that makes sense. Well, over the years this Credit Union has gone above and beyond to resolve every problem and issue I have had. I decided several years ago to refinance the mortgage and Achieva was my first choice. The refi took a long time because of the County government, but Jason would not give up and he finally succeeded. Recently I had some very serious issues and again the people at Achieva stepped up and fixed the problems. I cannot say enough about the respect and appreciation I have for those fine people at Achieva. God bless them!

Everyone is always very nice and helpful, but I don’t like how the outside ATM does not let you deposit money anymore.

Recently did some business at the Fruitville Branch, it was nice to walk in and see smiling faces and it seemed like everyone greeted me with a good afternoon welcome to Achieva Credit Union. I was in and out, no waiting and the teller was very helpfull!!! Thank you for a Great Experience!

I love the friendly faces that greet you when you walk in this location. I have been a client of many other credit unions and none have been as helpful and accommodating as this one.

I had issues with their ATM the night before where it just “retained” my cash deposit (the machine stole my money). I came in the next day to get some help with this incident and Jack and Kathy were very helpful and turned a very frustrating situation into a very helpful experience. Thank you!

very disappointed they got rid of their walk-up atm.. quite an inconvenience considering their closing time at 5:30

This review is not for the bank more so your card services they are terrible. I go to the same target weekly and every time my card declines for fraud and I hold the up the line at an upwards of 15 minutes this is an extreme inconvenience considering this is generally the only store we shop at and I should not have to go to an atm every time when I have a debit card
