We received superb service from AAA. Last night our car would not start. The phone operator asked pertinent questions, and within less that 1/2 hour a service truck was there to help us. Turns out it was a bad battery. The mechanic Jeromy, was professional, and we were back on the road in a very short amount of time.

I called for assistance getting my motorcycle towed because of flat tire more than 4-hours ago and the dealership is now closed so they won't be able to repair the flat. Although the support staff is pleasant, they can't find a provider in Sarasota to tow my bike. I'm now stuck until tomorrow morning when this nightmare starts all over again. Very unprofessional service and the staff just doesn't seem to care...although they're polite which is of no help being nice if you're going to screw over your customers!

Been waiting hours and hours for a tow truck and just getting automated calls that they are too busy. This is the only reason we have AAA. Completely worthless. Find another option.

Most worthless membership to have. They wouldn't even tow my car after the hurricane, and they won't insure a used car (2008) valued currently at $50k because they say it's a luxury car that's worth over $200k if it was brand new.......insanity

While AAA has been helpful in the past, this recent time using them to tow my fiancé's car to the mechanic was horrible! They left the car in park instead of neutral so when they hoisted it up by the rear axel, the front wheels dragged across the pavement instead of rolled. Now the tires each have a bald spot from where it came in contact with the pavement and we need two new tires on top of the original problem with the car. AAA is being very slow with investigating the damage claim so it's taking longer to get the car from the mechanic, who has been great to provide us with the photos and even security footage from when the car was towed in to his lot as proof to the damage.

It's incredible how good I could feel in this place. AAA is amazing, I arrived for a travel document and the Agent who assisted me was extraordinary, kind, courteous, quick to get the job done, I left the premises very happy. Thanks AAA.

Helpful, knowledgeable, equipped with great resources, lots of free help and stuff!
I needed a detailed map of the Largo area so I called the Sarasota office. When I drove to their office, my map was waiting with my name on it. The friendly staff person was happy to give me a couple other helpful maps!
This office is much larger than the previous one, convenient location, lots of light, and well staffed! The bathroom is pristine.
I was thrilled to hear that my AAA coverage will now provide help if I am stranded by a problem with my bicycle! I was rescued from my own blunder quickly when I locked my keys in the car a couple years ago. My husband and I got swift help from AAA when his car died just as we were hurrying to the airport! Everything went so fast we made our plane! Outstanding!

AAA is a great place to call for homeowners or auto insurance. Awesome customer service! You can also get passport pictures and all kinds of travel information.

Road service was a sham! Mobile mechanic from AAA said my battery was dead, he could replace it at a cost $200 plus this and that cost added. I asked him if he could charge it for me to get to battery plus, 1 mile away. He charged my battery and said I was good t go. I only made a few blocks away before completely being broken down the second time.
When I tried calling him back, his phone wasn’t excepting calls. I called AAA again and they would have to send a tow truck out which was a few blocks but would be 2 hours wait time and I was just a car length from the corner of a busy intersection!!!!!!!
Here’s the point- my battery was purchased from AAA 2 years ago ( they have a 3 year guarantee). Their mobile mechanic knew the year the battery which he told me but didn’t replace it for free. He left me in a worse area- and even if I purchased a battery from him, he would have still be ripping me off when it was guaranteed!
