When I inquired about the coffee area having no fresh coffee and spills everywhere, the incredibly rude young man behind the counter had an attitude that made you think you were interrupting his day. Not only to me, but I over heard his rudeness to another customer regarding the whereabouts of an item. So impolite I have no intention of ever stopping here again. There are so many places right around that area that there is no reason to give this store my business.

3 employees. 2 in uniforms walking around the the store with a small dog without a leash. They are talking loudly about getting drunk when they get off. The guy ringing up the line of about 6 is vaping and wearing a tank-top as he talks and rings up customers. I left on principle. Perhaps work the job you applied for. 5/21/2023 10:15 pm

7-Eleven 4400 Clark Road is by far the nicest store ever! The staff is so friendly and the store is so clean! I got the freshest pizza and wings ever from 7-Eleven! It’ll be my go to store from now on!!

12pm and there isn't 1 hot Dog ready. All so they can throw them away when there isn't nobody to buy them but in peak of lunch of course they don't have none

Filled up this past Saturday morning and walked inside to get something to drink... Honestly walked right back out. Please find people that "enjoy" the job they are doing and know the art of customer service. The girl behind the counter just stared and scoffed at anyone coming in. I watched as a few people made purchases at the counter---not welcoming at all.Also, please keep people from soliciting outside of your establishment as I was hit up for a money donation to help "DARE" but there is absolutely no proof that money people give are going to good legitimate use. Other ratings seem to be indicative about this location as well... Room for improvement as a business owner.Update 8/9 - Response to Owner...You have my review and location information. Please do what you need to do. It's not our job to babysit your establishment. ✌️

Horrible service. Couldn’t take 3min to hear me out about my senior deaf and blind dog missing in the area and spotted near them. Wont ever patron there again. Workers/owners with zero compassion

The worst 7-11 you can possibly imagine. I brought my son here for a doughnut this morning and the store was filthy! The lady working here was sitting on a milk crate behind the counter watching YouTube and acted like it was a hasle to wait on us.I'm done with this store! This is only one of several bad experiences I've had here.

I've been to a lot of 7-11s in my lifetime... all over the good ol USA. In the sketchiest of neighborhoods imaginable. This.. this 7-11... Wow. Filthiest I've ever seen in my life. Check out the 'ice cream' freezer for a good laugh. Come on Mr. P, this is nuts.
