Place has crack heads loitering outside all day. The manager a jerk. I spent 30 dollars on fuse vape pods, opened them right in front of him just to find out they were all burnt pods and useless. He refuses to do a refund. There’s a 7/11 on Clark and Beneva 1/4 mile from this one that is much nicer and cleaner

The customer service is very bad. Prices are expensive. I recommend you go down the road to the 7-eleven on the corner of Beneva and Clark.

If I could post a zero star review I would. The last two nights I've stopped in and made a purchase. I've paid cash both nights. Yesterday she handed me my change and shorted me 65 cents. I didn't make a big deal about it but tonight when I came in she did it again - this time shorting me another 35 cents. It's not a lot of money, it's just the point. I told her tonight she shorted me change last night and tonight and she rolled her eyes and was so rude - she told me "what do you want me to do, I'm out of change." and then just went on to the next customer. This 7-11 SUCKS and so did she. I'll never be back.

The structure it self is getting better in its appearance. The manager is an awesome dude! I'm not sure about the owner though. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I was charged money out of my bank account for products I never received. In other words, I was told that my tender declined. Well, 7-Eleven sure got paid even after the transaction was 'voided.' It's close to home but I don't need this in my life
