As an employee here I feel the SM Danny, is a very kindhearted person and would do anything to help someone. Never once have seen him really upset. He treats me with respect and not just a number like the former companies I ran for 2 years called CK. And just was used abused and treated like trash. I don't mind pulling extra shifts and being dependable because I know Danny appreciates it.

This has to be the WORST 7-11 EVER! In the history of all 7-11s and convenience stores in general! Not one garbage can had been emptied... it looks like, ever. The bathrooms have no paper anything, no soap, and brown spray across the bowl! Yes, it IS disgusting! I could go on about how dirty everything was but I would rather highlight the cashiers, Fred and Barney, who were yappin it up as I declared from across the store, "there's no toilet paper or soap!" To which I was told, "the cleaning guy stocked it." ummm, kind sir, no he did not. Anyway, the story ends with me leaving this horrible place with dirty hands and looking through my glove box for a sanitizing wipie. Oh, I almost forgot the best part - this was the rotton, infested water for the windshield washers! I don't think words can describe the 'ripeness'. Overall, I rate this 7-11 on Clark Rd a NEGATIVE -1,000,000,000 STARS! Someone needs to get the county inspectors out here to shut this place down OR motivate some serious employee @$$ and make them earn that 15 bucks an hour! No business with food should EVER be this gross!

Customer service was amazing. This is the second time I go to this store. Great experience every time. There’s one across the street but I’ll pick this one every time.

The dude on shift at 5:45am, 3/21/21 literally got angry at me just for recounting the change that he gave me for my purchase using a $100 bill right there in front of him at the cash register. He said by doing that, I was trying to insinuate he was a cheater and trying to short my change. He made a scene and said some very disrespectful things to me in front of other customers shopping. So much for customer service. Good thing there's another 7-11 literally across the street.I won't ever be back to this one.

Used to love this place. Came here almost every single day, also trying to support the neighborhood but not anymore. Never step back in here ever again. Will you ever tell your customer that “ if you don’t like it, go somewhere else.” The older guy was so rude and unprofessional. I don’t know who that guy was but I think he’s the owner there. Good luck

I'm tired of the way this place is run. For two months or more, they have not had any hot dogs or doughnuts at lunch time or most of the entire day. I was there for the umpteenth time today at 2:00pm and, of course, I could not get a hot dog. Sure, the jalapeno dogs and the tamales are left over, but nothing else. Every day, the hot dog machine just sits there empty. And, except for a few doughnuts, after the morning rush there will be none until after midnight, even though the delivery comes in during the day. This is ridiculous. It has been explained to me that there is a huge rush of mainly Hispanic workers who purchase spicy dogs, empanadas and tamales between 6:00am and 7:30am every morning. After that they just don't replace the hot dogs or doughnuts. First of all, who eats hot dogs for breakfast? Second, not everyone around here is Hispanic and we would like to have our needs filled as well. They promised to fix this almost three months ago, but they lied. If you want a hot dog, doughnut or snack (anything other than beer, which they have plenty of), just get your gas and snacks elsewhere. Raceway and Racetrack seek to be run just fine, WaWa (up the street) is the best.

Poor customer service. Stood in line for 5 minutes before being helped. Two employees where arguing with each other, one threatening to quit. The other walking around doing random stuff.. I know they saw me, how can you now ... thanks for ruining my morning

Great location. Shame the franchisee won't fix the potholes. Enter at your own risk as all 3 entrances/exits are littered with nasty craters. Corporate has known this foe months and can't/won't get fixed. Shame. Nice employees though.
