We reached out to 3/8 and Co. last summer to see about installing motorized privacy screens for our pool enclosure. Kim Boynton came out and gave us all the details/options we need to make an informed decision. We couldn't be happier with the final results. Kim and her team were a pleasure to work with and we really appreciate the hard work and details they put into the project. Would highly recommend!

I met Kim a few years ago when I had her give me quotes for screens. I ended up doing a hurricane impact slider after Kim very honestly told me the screen wouldn't work for my situation. Five years ago I had a screen installed by another company and suddenly it wasn't going up and down properly. I called Kim and asked if she could check it out for me since that company no longer did this work. She very graciously came out today with Steve. They spent at least thirty minutes working on my screen and applying some spray to help it run smoothly. Then she wouldn't even let me pay her for her time. Amazing, there are truly some wonderful people in this world and Kim is one of those. If I ever had need for another screen I will definitely call Kim. I think you should too.

I have used Kim’s services a few times, and also referred her to some friends. She has very great customer service. She is very detailed. The prices are fair and she explains it from the beginning to the end so I know what to expect. All my friends are also happy with the work that she did on their homes as well. Will definitely continue to use and recommend her company.

3/8th and Co did an excellent job on installing a retractable screen over my lanai, and the price was excellent - far better than other companies. At the prices the other companies were at, I wouldn't have even done a retractable because they weren't affordable. But 3/8th and Co was affordable, and also high quality materials/ equipment and installation at the same time. They used equipment and screen mesh from a well-known, high quality national brand.They were also super knowledgeable about potential installation options for the particulars of my lanai, and were very helpful in figuring out a great way of doing it ahead of time. On the day of installation, they were professional and paid close attention to the details. That was six years ago and it still works like a charm and looks great - no fading or other effects from the Florida sun and rain. Overall, the company was perfect. I really highly recommend them.

I did not intend to diminish your standing but was perplexed as to how to rate your company since the services I sought, you do not carry. I absolutely love the finished product. The roll ups are exactly what I envisioned them to be and they make the back patio practical now with keeping the bugs out but still maintain the open outdoor feel and look beautiful when up or down. The design is clean when down and blend with the screen framing that was already installed over the pool. The attention to detail and the customer service is amazing. Thank you!

Kim and her crew were nothing short of fabulous and I’d recommend them to anyone!She not only helped me come up with the most logical way to get the coverage we were needing but she came up with the most economical way as well so we felt like we were dealing with a friend who cared about our needs which was so refreshing.Her crew were courteous and professional and took the time to explain every step of the process while they were doing the installation.Can’t wait to use Kim again for our next project!

We had 4 estimates and chose Kim’s quote.We’re so happy we did. Love the garage screen.They did a fantastic job with the install and great quality material so we would highly recommend.Privacy from the outside looking in but great visibility from the inside looking out, all done in about 4 hours.

Excellent source and resource for multiple outdoor screen and shade projects. Recently installed motorized shades on our lanai and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of product and work. Call this company first before wasting your time chasing down quotes from mediocre companies.
