Bad customer service. I went in person to change address and they didn't change it. Tried to finally send my an HSA spending card but instead I got a letter to my address saying my address was wrong. They won't do anything over the phone.

This bank is very convenient to our home and they have been a pleasure to work with. Brooke the branch manager helped me with a recent task and she is very pleasant and knows her job. All the tellers are very attentative and friendly. If you are looking for a bank check this one out.
