I have been renting a unit there for about four years now. Preston and JENNIFER are very friendly and always go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of and you have what you need. The facility is clean and well maintained.

I have been renting from Robert and Jennifer for almost a year now and your not gonna find better owners that take care of the renters like they do. They keep the facility top notch and very clean and if you ever need anything they will go out of the way to help.

Be careful with any agreement made with Robert " Preston " Goldsby or his wife Jennifer. I own a local business with an A+ BBB rating and was contracted by mr Goldsby to sealcoat the parking lot at this location. Upon completion he and his wife raved about how much they liked the job we did, but their tune dramatically changed when the bill was due to be paid andthere was a small area that needed to be touched up ( which I offered to do immediately after it being brought to my attention). I was repeatedly cussed at, called a thief, called an f******* millenial as well as many other derogatory names. He nor his wife will answer the phone to give any explanation other than " Ill see you in court ". He even called law enforcement on me when I went to pick up my cones. I am a leader at a local church, have a great standing with many top rated local companies and treat everyone i do business with with dignity and respect. Stay away from these people at all cost.

I rented here several years ago and moved back to the area. Needed a space to run my business out of. This was a perfect location for my needs. The owner was more than helpful in helping me out. Safe, secure and clean property.
