Bought Tshirt there late in the day on Black Friday on sale. Unable to try it on as the dressing rooms were jammed. Went in to exchange it first thing Saturday morning as the sleeves were mis-sewn (as were the sleeves on ALL the remaining ones in that size), AND while there tried on another size & decided it fit better (& was not mis-sewn). Sales Clerk, and then, when i asked for manager, she (Charlene) refused (on an EXCHANGE) to honor the price I had paid Friday, and insisted on charging me $8 more, as “it was no longer on sale” (we spent over $125 on Friday). I refused, and asked to speak to the owner. Charlene offered to give me the number for “ St. Joe,” but then when she realized i would be happy to speak with corporate owner, she responded: “Just take the shirt; forget the $8,” and “It was ‘GREAT’ to meet you.” The clerk and Charlene are 2 of the rudest salespersons I’ve ever dealt with. (They weren’t worried about other customers overhearing this “accommodation” & setting a precedent as there was no one nearby during the entire exchange. Coincidentally, when my grown daughters dealt with the clerks while making our purchases on Friday, they experienced similar rudeness. We’ve spent money in this store for years. Never again. Never again.

Love the women’s selection! Got a few cute items. However, The service was atrocious. The girl seemed so put out to have to ring me up. It was comical in such an upscale area.

Horrible customer service. No price tags on a lot of clothes. Asked for a price on something and it was $15 more when they checked me out. Asked about the difference was just told “no that’s the price.”

You have great merchandise but the customer service requires attention. I have never been treated so rudely while shopping. I will NOT return to your store as the owner, as well as the woman working in the store were so snobby and rude and obviously were not thankful for our patronage. Disappointed

We like it. Product is always changing so you're not sure what you'll see or if they will continue to have what you're looking for. We're happy they brought back the glass wine glasses instead of the plastic ones. I was looking for replacement sandstone coasters but they had sold out and didn't have any more. But it's a neat little remembrance shop to get some chotskies for the house.

My Sister in Law bought some rubber cups as a hostess gift for her stay in our house. They were adorable and I appreciated the gesture but I didn't want or need these particular cups so I went in to exchange them three days later. I've purchased things from this particular store before and they do have some cute things but of course they are super overpriced as are all the stores in Seaside. As soon as the Women behind the counter heard the word return they acted as if I were a piece of gum on the bottom of their shoes. I hate it when people act like that. I did not have the receipt so they would not work with me at all. I asked if I could just pick out something that would add up to the $108.00 dollars spent and that I would pay the difference since I was interested in some overpriced Corksickle flasks that were more than the cups. They gingerly took the bag as if it were radioactive and said there were NO returns without a receipt and pushed the bag towards me. A store that has this attitude will never ever get my return business.
