I had a wonderful experience with Zach tonight, who turned my dreaded Amazon return into a delightful one. It's always refreshing to encounter such professional customer service (which is rare these days). He truly made my day. Thank you so much!

Shipping with this store is perfectly pleasant until there's a problem. All I needed was a claim disputed cause my package went to the wrong address and they denied my initial claim. I called corporate first, they passed me to the store. Zach, the only person who does claims, said I had to call corporate. I called them back, told them what he said and they called the store. Zach told them I had to handle the claim. I didn't have the options Zach told corporate I would so they told me to go to the store. I did and Zach isn't there but they'll have him call me cause he's the only one who does claims. Wait hours and got nothing. Called back hours later and he had gone home. It has been 4 days since and I still haven't heard from anyone at the store level. If anything, this is mostly a Zach complaint but everyone involved has passed responsibility every step of the way and I'm left with a package that got dropped into someone else's hands. You all have embarrassed yourselves over and over again when all you had to do was be accountable.
Edit: I understand you were told attempts to contact me were made, but unfortunately call records on my phone don't show that. I did end up in contact with Zach via email and fortunately, had my claim resubmitted and resolved, but there had been others reaching out to me at that time so I'm not sure who's efforts had provided resolution. Though late, I do appreciate Zach's efforts.

These guys rock!! I have several times needed help with specialized shipping needs as well as some printing needs. The staff is fantastic and took the time to help answer my questions and provide the help needed. Above and beyond for sure!!

I had a terrible experience at this UPS store. The employees were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I felt discriminated against, as their behavior towards me was blatantly racist. They made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my visit. It was so bad that I had to take my boxes back because I couldn’t bear to continue dealing with them. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values respectful and professional service.

I just LOVE the employees at this location!! I moved to Inlet Beach but continue to drive here to mail my packages! They always make me smile and provide the BEST customer service!! Way to go!!

Went in for a few returns and needed help mailing something. Cole was helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away and he was knowledgeable about packaging and costs. I was in and out in no time. I think cole deserves a nice lunch or bonus. Thanks Cole!
